Poor quality of customer experience.

They dont answer their official phone, neither their email or facebook messages. I bought a console and haven't receive it a week after even though the store is like an hour away. The status on the page just doesn't appear to help because it has been in "processing order" for the entire week.

Es malo saber que no se ha entregado el paquete con la compra hecha con nosotros, pero notamos que no se ha entregado información sobre el número de orden online, por lo que no es posible revisar en sistema.

Recuerda que cuentas con una garantía de 24 meses en caso de un fallo interno con los artículos comprados con nosotros, por lo que puedes solicitar un reemplazo, reparación o reintegro de importe, según sea el caso.

Producto erroneo

Desafortunadamete pedi un Keyboard de Samsung Galaxy tab S3 y me enviaron una funda de Tab de primera generación, estoy en seguimiento para devolución de dinero o que me envien mi pedido correcto. Agradezco bastante a los que llevan mi caso.

Not for the first time I ordered a blu…

Not for the first time I ordered a blu ray, 'The Great Silence', from Cex and they sent me one with a completely different cover, which was really annoying as I particularly wanted the one that they advertised. Surely it's not to much to expect the item to match up with the one that they picture. The condition left something to be desired too, I would have thought that they would give both disc and case a bit of a clean before sending it out but they didn't! I really don't feel much like giving them another chance, as I said this wasn't the first time. Finally £2-95 for postage is a bit excessive. I'm really disappointed!

Great PS3 gameuy is simple

The way to buy is simple, I understand that the product is second-hand, there are games that the manual makes them more valuable for the collector, and it did not come with its manual, but as far as everything fits, everything is fine.

My experince buying the item was, overall, very well, the only thing that wasn't good was the package status; I only received an e-mail when confirming my purchase, but then nothing, so I didn't knew my package status, if it was sent or similar.
