Good deals and fast shipping. Additional fees are listed and should definitely be taken into account when bidding. For shipments from abroad, there may be high customs duties in some cases.

Firstly, fees. 15% buyer premium + VAT (20% in the UK). Exploiting football fans completely.
Secondly, I have heard a lot of talk questioning the legitimancy of these "match worn" shirts. I was looking at some items on there recently where the team had the player nationality flags on the front of the shirt during the match where they were worn. However, the photos didn't show this country flag. When I questioned MWS they claimed it had been removed. But why? Makes no sense to remove. When further questioned they didn't have more information but claimed "licensing restrictions relating to a third party". It's a flag... doesn't make any sense.
The shirts were initially signed and re-listed as just match worn. Removing a printed flag from the shirt would leave a mark yet these photos do not show that. I have very little doubt that these are just shirts with the player printed being sold as match worn.
I also saw items being sold as match worn from a specific game which I know the shirts in question were given to fans in the crowd at the end of the game. Further questioning the legitmacy. MWS own the authentification process. This is not independent.
Something to be aware of if you're considering their services. The idea of this business I think is great but I don't believe they're genuine and the fees just exploit fans who want match worn and/or signed memorabilia.

I accidentally won an auction for a shirt I did not want. After discussing the situation with support, I was offered a way to resolve the issue by paying a €35 administration fee and having my account reactivated.
I received an invoice payment link and completed the €35 payment within 10 minutes.
Unfortunately, despite paying immediately, I was still unable to access my account. I exchanged several emails with a support representative named Kay and continued to receive the same error indicating that my account was still suspended.
What was most frustrating was being told multiple times that my account had been reactivated and that the issue had been resolved, while I still could not log in. I was even advised to try logging in through the website instead of the mobile app, which did not solve anything.
Because my account remained inaccessible, I missed an auction for a shirt that I had specifically wanted to bid on and had already set aside a budget for. As a result, I lost the opportunity to purchase the item.
I have now sent a third follow-up email and am still waiting for a response.
I am particularly disappointed with the handling of my case. It felt as though there was very little follow-up or ownership of the issue, despite me providing updates and responding promptly throughout the process.
The support team has generally been polite, but the communication between departments and the handling of the account reactivation process has been frustrating. I paid the requested €35 immediately in good faith, yet I am still unable to use my account.
At this point, I am expecting a proper response, an apology for the inconvenience caused, and some form of goodwill gesture or compensation for the auction opportunity I missed due to this issue.

MWS is currently selling Bruges shirts of the last match of the season, 24.5 at home against Ghent. All shirts show 1 star above the logo, whereas it was Bruges' first match ever with the 2 stars above the logo, since winning the league 4 days earlier and with that their 20th title. The shirts selling are not the shirts then of that match.

Claiming to sell match-worn shirts, when in actuality they are not the shirts that were worn during the match. Take for example the Kim Kee-Hee shirt they are selling... Kim Kee-Hee traded jerseys with Son at the end of the match. Additionally, the patches from the 5/25/26 match which were on the game worn jerseys are not on these jerseys. Seems like a lot of deceptive advertising

Hi i am very disappointed with you and the way you have sold me a NOT match worn shirt, you have decved myself and all that bid on your dishonest way to get people to bid on shirts by saying that it is a. MWS. I bid on a shirt that was posted to be woren by Celvin Bassey, but reseved a shirt that was in the dressing room, so i need a discount as you have deceived me. Who has got the shirt that i have payed for. I know that you will not show this as you are SCUM of the thirst order.

I'm truly disappointed. I bought this jersey because I thought it was a match jersey, and it even has grass stains on it. I feel like I've been scammed because the design on the chest of the jersey is completely different from the picture I received and the picture of the jersey worn in the match. This is definitely not a match jersey. It has grass stains, but it doesn't smell of sweat; it's a perfectly clean jersey. And as I said, the jersey worn in the match and the pictures are completely different. I can send you those pictures; even the colors of the balloons on the chest are different. I regret it very much.

Selling “match worn shirts” from the World Cup send off games, but conveniently in the description it states that the jerseys will not include the individual MLS country patch. No way this is match worn if a heat applied patch is somehow removed.

I bought the training shirt of man city I haven’t receive it yet as the shipping cost and duty for my address is very expensive so I sent it to a friend and waiting him to come here 😅 the prices is much higher than CFS but I think the authentication is also different and I couldn’t find Marmoush training shirts in CFS also 😅😅

First time I got 2 jerseys for my son. Delivery was quite fast and packaging was amazing with a surprising gift inside. Great place to get your favorite jerseys.

The jersey I bought was sent to the wrong address. I still haven't received it. I am not satisfied with this situation at all.

As I understand it, you pay an amount to receive a product that has been treated so that there is no smell in the product. I have now bought 3 shirts at your auction and in addition to that your postage is far too expensive! Then the shirt I most recently received is so smelly that you can't have it inside. I am so happy that Vejle Boldklub has chosen to take the shirt sale back to Denmark. The money we bid on the shirts is supposed to go to charity. And not go into postage and fees for your company. I am disappointed with my experiences with your company.
