Incredibly helpful
There was an issue with the first shirt that was sent, but they resolved it immediately. I got the shirt that I paid for without any issues and was refunded for the custom fees paid on the incorrect shirt. They reached out and were very helpful throughout the process. Excellent service overall.

Match worn shirts signed
I now have 6/7 shirts mostly framed by MWS - very happy with the speed of arrival -customer service is very good and get back to me very fast and resolve the problems - I had a problem With a shirt and frame I bought ages ago and when I went to change on the wall I noticed the plexiglass glass had some damage - I thought there would be an issue as I had bought it months before but as soon as I had got in touch with Archie and then Megan the process was resolved so fast and 100% to my satisfaction which is rare indeed these days - other people mentioned the cost of premiums and vat but they are transparent with the costs involved - overall A five star experience every time - would not hesitate to recommend them - some wonderful

The jersey is great and as advertised…
The jersey is great and as advertised except for the extreme body odor that I could not remove from the jersey. Disinfectants and putting in direct sunlight did nothing. Eventually I had to wash the jersey and ruined the autograph. The smell was so bad that it engulfed any room it was in.
