I ordered 5.5ml tank and was sent 2ml tanks. Emailed shop, no response. £50 out of pocket. I purchased specifically from this shop as I wanted the larger tank size. :(

Didn’t tell me until 4 days after order…
Didn’t tell me until 4 days after order that what I wanted wasn’t in stock, even though website still stated had 23 in stock. Phoned me asking if could send something else, similar flavour. I asked if it would be the same size as I ordered 100ml, assured it would be the same size, however they sent me a 60ml bottle. Will not be using this company again ☹️

Disappointing service
I had no notification to say my order was posted so didn't know when to expect it. When it arrived it was only half the order with no invoice or explanation. The phone is constantly engaged but I will persevere and find out what has happened to the 20 missing bottles.
