I bought Da Capo S9ultra smart watch under Simple pay in 3 system (order number #1103).
But this watch is a duplicate product.
Not a 1.6 inch Amoled smart watch as Dacapo company mentioned.But you advertise 1.6 inch amoled This one .
I have sent many complaints to you, (feeling cheated. But that was not considered.

Physical shop and web shop service are perfect
I’m a client from 1992 on. Sjoerd the owner, but also his staff are very friendly but also very helpful. I always came in the shop and could spent there hours watching and listening demonstrations of the equipment i was interested in. These days I’m often staying in Spain. I ordered a Hammond SK pro-73. In less than 5 working days, it was with me. So i was pleasantly surprised their web shop gives the same service as i was used to in their physical shop. Thanks again guys at Da Capo. Noël

why I buy at Da Capo
I've been buying my piano's (electric and acoustic) since childhood. The employees of Da capo have a lot of knowledge that helped me to find the right equipment throughout the years. Also the personal way clients are treated make Da Capo a very nice place to shop.
Da Dapo has a full range of products that offers great value. I would definitely recommend this shop to any musician.
