Complaint - No Reaction

Purchased an iPhone charger from this company via a French supermarket chain. Was impressed that the unit came with a lifetime guarantee. Unfortunately the unit failed after a few months and despite the initial contact with the after sales department being very satisfactory (instructions on how to return the unit etc.), since returning the charger there has been no communication fro the company - neither to confirm receipt of the faulty unit nor any updates on the status of he repair/replacement. In fact, I have even sent 2 follow-up mails requesting a status, again, with no response.
I would question the sincerity of this company in meeting its clearly stated customer policies.
At the moment, I would recommend: LEAVE THIS COMPANY ALONE - BUT YOUR UNIT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
