Terrible customer service and forgot my order.
Where do I begin. Service as advertised was a special $20 promotion for a logo animation. That seemed a bit low, and I have no problem paying far more, but that WAS what was advertised. They reached out to me, following me engaging with their Instagram, asking if I wanted my logo animated. I obliged, to which David replied it is $120 but we are running a special so it will be $70. I sent my logo as a PDF to their email giving detailed instructions. In a few days, they sent me AI slop garbage thinking I would be fine with that result. Immediately I pointed out their use of AI and asked them to redo, to which they agreed and began working on the second draft. A week later, I ask about progress. They reply that I will receive it soon. Another week later, I ask for progress. They reply that I will receive it that day. A few weeks go by. I ask again, to which they admit that they forgot about it, and I will receive it that day. I ask again about 3 more times over the course of the next week, to their reply that it will be finished that day. The final result was decent, but still needed changes. Extremely unprofessional, sketchy, and to add to that, poor grammar.
