My refund was handled justly, but not the initial transaction in which the product I received was NOT the same as the listed item. So I returned the item for refund. I appreciate the refund, but I had hopes that the product I ordered would be been pleasurable to have.

I ordered three skirts
I ordered three skirts , which are all too small and the quality is very poor....I have been trying to get hold of a customer service person for details on where to send my return items....I call and get a recorded voice so I left a message....I have a payment due on the 4th January and I want it cancelled as I am returning the items ....I can't get no information or help ..... won't be ordering anything from this company again .....all I want is the return address so I can return the skirts and have them track to make sure they reach the right place......
