Solid platform with a good selection of influencers across multiple geographies. We've used it for our clients who have a footprint across the United States and it's been a very cost efficient way to drive UGC + a good portion of content has been high quality enough to utilize on feed or in stories.

Mustard is an AMAZING platform for influencer engagement. Not only is the platform so easy to use, it is so reliable. I love the data you receive following each collaboration and the accountability of postings/ scheduling. Mustard has cut my time spent on influencers in more than half. The team (Lu and Taylor specifically) have been SO beyond wonderful to work with. They are so quick to respond when I have a question and helped me set up everything up step by step. I highly highly recommend businesses to use Mustard for a multitude of reasons, this review is just scratching the surface.

We started using Mustard.love a few months ago to help drive more local awareness for our restaurant, and it’s been one of the easier marketing decisions we’ve made.

What stood out immediately was how local the influencers are. These weren’t random creators, they actually live nearby and already dine in the area, which made the content feel genuine. We had multiple guests mention seeing us on Instagram before coming in.

The platform is straightforward and doesn’t require a lot of hand-holding. We could see engagement and traction beyond just likes, which made it easier to justify the spend. Compared to traditional ads or agencies, the ROI has been solid.

If you’re a restaurant owner looking for influencer exposure without spending hours managing creators, this is worth trying.

I had a subscription, and now it is charging me double the price of what I was paying before. Please tell me why

BOIIIIII TS MUSTARD IS SO MANGO TUFF BROOOO

Although I was accepted as a creator for Mustard, I found their interface to be poorly designed and challenging to use. They issued numerous alerts and notices to me, but were very slow in responding to any request I made for information or changes. My last interaction was having a reservation canceled with only a day's notice, simply for asking "IF" my reservation could be moved from 7 p.m. to 5 p.m. I would not recommend this program for other creators/influencers.

Mustard.love saved us a ton of money. We used to work with agencies for influencer stuff, but it was super expensive and half the time we had no idea if it was actually working.

With Mustard, it was way cheaper and we could finally see what the influencers were bringing in—profile visits, comments, even bookings. Everything was tracked, and it actually worked. We had people coming in saying they saw us on Instagram that same week.

Honestly, for the price and the results, it blew the agency stuff out of the water.

Been with them almost a month, not one influencer, and the ones they do give you have no association to the business you have. Stay away, save your money

they contacted me via email and again via IG about marketing with them so I hit them up. The guy on the phone Aaron was very pushy and told me he can get me the unlimited plan for $299 for the first month "to try". when all set and done, and payment was sent, he denied saying that he offered me the unlimited plan. they refused to honor it, and told me "if you refund with us then we will never work with you again due to policy". I refunded, and don't want to work with them again. I advise against them due to shady business practices right off the bat.
