If I could give less than one star, I would. I took a chance and ordered a dress from Muslin Comfort, even though the shipping cost was unreasonably high. It arrived and was a very strange fit. Very generous on the bottom and tight on the top. I asked if I could return it or do an exchange. Customer service said that I could, but would be charged for return shipping and a $18 restocking fee. It seems that I would have to pay them to take the dress back. It was an extremely frustrating transaction and the poorest customer service and customer service policy that I have ever encountered. I won’t be back and do not recommend this company at all.

My husband has struggled with night sweats for decades. Muslin Comfort is the first blanket and sheet set that has offered a full nights rest. Temperature regulated is truly lifesaving. We now only buy Muslin Comfort for bedding and bathroom towels. We travel with our robes because we can’t live without them.

I love the products. I have two of the king sized muslin bed covers. They are very comfortable and soft. Very good quality. I do not have the problem of lint that others have mentioned. There is lint in the dryer after washing, but I expected that. Most new things have lint when washed. ....but the customer service is definately lacking. I ordered one of the dresses which I loved so much that I ordered another one when I saw a coupon code for a discount. The website would not accept my coupon code for discount. There is not phone number to contact them. I sent email with the details and the reply was prompt. She told me to go ahead and order the dress and then she would issue me a refund for the discounted amount. I followed her instructions then she balked at giving me the refund. After I screen printed the documentation and sent it to her with backup as to the promotion, she did issue me a refund immediately with an apology. I figured it was a fluke. I loved that dress too so then along comes another sale. I ordered another dress and a throw. Shipping was slow and when it arrived, the dress was missing from the shipment. Only the throw was in the box. I recevied an email saying both items had been delivered. The packing list only listed the throw with no reference to the dress. I immediately emailed them again with copy of the packing list. She apologized and said dress would be shipped later. It is now July 3, 2025 and I still do not have the dress but after several emails expressing my concern; she did say the dress shipped out today. I have not received any tracking info yet so we will see. It's a shame. My next step will be to dispute the charge with my cc company. I do love their products, but it's not worth the hassle of dealing with ordering mishaps & their customer service. :( I would not recommend this company to anyone.

You should be aware that their reviews are fake and you will not be able to return most products. Their pride and joy, the "Muslin Cotton 365 Blanket," sheds like crazy. It is an absolute fire hazard for any dryer. And you will sneeze from all the lint while it's on the bed. Tried as I might to remove the lint, it's never-ending. I imagine there won't be much left of the blanket soon as it's rapidly losing material. Aside from this huge, dealbreaker issue, the blankets are comfortable.

No one who discovers this issue (which doesn't take long) would ever recommend this blanket. This is how I know their reviews are fake. I certainly can't find a way to leave a review on their site. Thank you to TrustPilot for giving me a way to warn others.

The only reason Muslin Comfort is always selling products at a discount is to avoid their return policy and claim final sale. They say it was in the fine print of the product description - but I don't recall this.
This was not one of their flawed "imperfect" blankets that do state final sale. Stay far away from this company and its products.
