Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 88 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers found the website to be poorly managed, with a significant number of inactive or misleading profiles and users engaging in undesirable behavior. People reported that the site's management seemed aware of these issues but did little to address them, leading to a perception that the platform was primarily concerned with increasing subscriptions rather than user safety. The pricing structure was also a major point of contention, with many feeling that the high monthly fees were not justified given the prevalence of fake accounts and the lack of genuine connections. Reviewers frequently encountered issues with auto-renewal of subscriptions, which they found difficult to cancel through the app, requiring them to visit the website, a process many considered dishonest. However, some customers also noted that the paid version offered a better experience, and a few people still managed to meet others despite the platform's shortcomings.

Scam site extorting money from men

The only real profiles here are those which have verified status. These guys are not muslim owned and is part of a global network doing haram.

They get all your details from your profile and then when you verify, they have your ID. Did anyone ask about their privacy policy?
Look at their disclosures like "usage of personal data for legitimate interest"

When i asked for refund they said its not in their policy. Then i fetched enough data to prove they are more scam, and said that i am proceeding with a case, they gave refund out of "goodwill"

The site is full of scammers that has been tolerated by management, they ask for money and airtime, so alot of fake profiles from Russia, Ukraine , India , Nigeria , Cameron, South Africa..all they want is your money and when you report them to the non muslim management team they tell you just block them if you don't want to talk with them..in the other hand if any woman complain about a man they block the man profile from the site without investigating because the management is sexist and islamophobics..all they want is to rip Muslims off from their money..they are not trying to help you find a soul mate and they are not muslims..i advice everyone to boycott this scam site

Absolutely a scam website

Absolutely a scam website. Yes, you CAN connect with other people, however, that is just a front for them to collect and steal and sell your personal data.
I initially registered for a free account. After about 24 hours, when I tried to login, my account said it was restricted due to fraudulent activity, and the only way I can un-restrict it, is by sending them my passport and drivers license along with my photo holding my passport to verify it is me. I emailed them and told them I do not wish to send them my Passport or government issued information and I do not believe that there was fraudulent activity on my account, because I had only created my profile, and had not even begun using their site to connect with anyone. They responded by telling me my account was “randomly selected for verification”. First, they said it was for “fraudulent and suspicious activity”, then they said it was “randomly selected”. They told me that they will destroy my passport and drivers license information once they verify it is me. However, I cannot see that they would go through such great lengths to first tell me it’s fraudulent activity and then tell me it was a random selection, just to get my information, if they were planning to destroy it afterwards.

Be careful, who knows what they are doing with your information, they will most likely sell it or it will end up on some public websites. Please please please be careful. This is a complete invasion of privacy. Do not trust them.

i have a platinum membership and before i had gold membership for several years , i can not blame the website itself , i give the website 5 stars . the website gives a way to meet your second half if you dont know someone or you are busy all the time , i blame the members who are not serious and this is not muslima.com fault . i met many girls on muslima but they werent serious , they were just wasting time there , many girls on muslima evaluate me by the country where i live because many girls there searching for men living in usa , canada or europe . girls put complicated conditions and their requirements very high while they are divorced with children which make things difficult for us and for them .
