Don't waste your money hear

Hi my name is Eric Herm from Florida and I was going to sign up with the company but I changed my mind.

The owner (Blake) agreed to cancel without penalty per his text he sent me on 3/4/25.

If I do not edit review, then the company is legit. Because obviously if they were not legit, they would not let me cancel after I signed an agreement with them.

Many thanks to Blake and the sales rep Oscar. I apologize for taking up your time, but thank you for understanding that I changed my mind.

Contacted these guys yesterday out of the blue while waiting an eternity (2+ months) to get my first miners running at a different host. By the end of that same day we were able to purchase 4 machines and have them hashing. These guys are awesome, extremely responsive, customer friendly and knowledgeable! Don't fall for a deal that is a sliver cheaper in electrical fee but keeps you on the sidelines for months like I did. (note: I believe same-day hashing is an exception and probably got lucky with timing, but worst case they promise 5-7 days)

My values when it comes to a company is as follows: good communication, good service, transparency and integrity. Musk miners checks all boxes. With such large investments, it’s very reassuring to know that they focus on the clients needs first. I have nothing but praise for this company and the Individuals keeping it afloat. Special thanks to Chris for being ready to answer my texts whenever there is a question.

Prices are competitive to other resellers. very fast shipping. ordered a test purchase of a k7 and it arrived in 7 days. service was so good i ordered a second from them. which I received and they are both hashing away

Musk miners are LEGIT

recently purchased a K7 miner from them I paid with credit card which is a safer option if your bank has fraud protection. Listen I mention fraud because this was my first time buying from them. Also if you’re asking yourself I did read their reviews also the reddit thread were one user was saying they’re scammers, etc. Honestly that kinda made me almost not buy from them. But since it’s US based plus the credit card option, also they actually show faces which rarely any other company does. I’m located in NJ, delivery time took about 2 weeks. I got my receipt right after I put my order & immediately I sent a follow up email asking some questions & that their reviews concerned me a little. Within the our I got a call & talked to him, explained how the process is, etc. really great customer service. I’m buying 2 more units in the following month this was a really amazing experience.

I had gotten a virus on two of my miners. I found a tutorial on YouTube from Musk Miners that very throughly walked through the virus removal process. Both miners a back online working perfectly!

Honest guys, great service, fair pricing. Purchased a used Antminer L3+ from them and it arrived on time and in good condition. My PSU failed after 2 weeks and they were quick to send me replacement at no charge. Helpful on phone and text. Very confident in recommending them.

So far, so good. Reached out using their online email submission and they responded quickly. Have yet to purchase, but their prices are decent. Hope to purchase with them soon.
