I have ordered several times with no issue. I have placed 3 orders since March 2024 that have not arrived. I was told the Spain based company is unable to deliver to the UK now so they would issue a refund which I am still waiting for a year later! They have stopped responding to my emails and the UK website is no longer working! I recently received an email from the Spain website saying the order was placed in the UK, so unable to help me!

So after ordering and waiting and waiting...I finally got a response. Which is as follows.
The company is based in Spain and for some unknown reason, they are having problems sending their products to the uk????? I asked why they were still advertising in the uk......no answer. They have finally sent a refund to PayPal.
Just take care. Something doesn't seem quite right.

I have had a couple of orders from this company and the musk is gorgeous but the last order that I received wasn’t up to standard. My previous purchases were lovely and had no problems however the last order of musk that I received wasn’t a different colour and consistency and caused a reaction to my skin almost like a burn…. So not sure if it was a one off or if the formula had been changed.

I'm so surprised at the reviews not being higher.

I'm very OCD about being clean, smelling good etc. This is lovely, good lingering scent and I'll keep ordering. I've only tried cotton candy so far though.

The deodorant I'm kind of meh with, but the musk is beautiful

Ive been using their musk since 2023. Everythings great i love the cotton candy scent. Ive replaced deodrant and perfume for daily use. I have had an issue twice tho with ordering and receiving them 3 weeks or 4 weeks later. Their customer service is always friendly tho and either offers you a refund or fast tracking the process

I have ordered a couple of times intimate musk and deodorant. Both are amazing I love when your body heats up you get another blast of the fragrance. I will say the last musk I received was not up to standard I could not get the crystallisation to dissolve but customer services were fantastic and have assured me they will send a free one when I next place an order ( which will be soon as wearing this musk keeps you feeling fresh)

no customer service and order placed back in October, not received. asked for refund and nothing. seems like a scam! want my refund

Do not buy this product, I had a severe allergic reaction to it, it lasted for over 2 weeks, it was an intense burning and itching pain, with swelling and lumps. I contacted the company and sent pictures, I spoke to someone called Forest who advised I would receive a full refund, that was 4 weeks ago and I’m still waiting, they are now not responding to my emails so I have opened a dispute with my bank and I’m leaving this review. I wanted to give them the chance to rectify it but it seems they were just fobbing me off . I have kept all the correspondence emails as proof of them advising I will be issued a refund .Please be careful if you do buy from here
