Poor

Okay, I ordered a guitar case from Music Gears UK (which is really a company called Dynanox trading under that name) on 7/8/26. It has had the status "Confirmed: We're preparing these items for shipping" since then. Estimated time to deliver was (and still is) 18 August. I haven't received the item or any tracking information. The dealer hasn't responded to any questions by e-mail or the online chat on their website. Neither of the contact phone numbers on their website work. There wasn't any way to cancel the order on their website in my account either. There was something fishy looking on the UK government "find and update company information service" website about the company being dissolved in 2024 although another page suggested it reformed in 2025. (Trustpilot doesn't allow links; so sceptics will have to find these pages themselves.) I had to take this to a PayPal dispute.
