No help to take instrument back. They brought it to the school though

Well I got an instrument for my child for music class. They brought it t o the school and all. Then he was leaving the school. I asked them to pick it up as no longer going to the school.
Oh they couldn't do that? They didn't have a pick up service. I didn't gave a car. They still didn't care. They said the closest is 45 minutes away. Or mail it back They had no shipping boxes or labels and didn't know the cost.
They can bring it there but can't take it back? Not right at all.
