Poor service
This company were good in that they had the product I wanted however they stated I would get free next day delivery as it was over £100. I ordered on a Saturday so expected it to arrive on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. It did not arrive until 5:30pm on the Wednesday. That is standard delivery, why state next day if that is not the case. When I emailed the company they were slow to reply and blamed it on the courier as I expected them to. Will not be using this company again.

Free UK Next Working Day Delivery (Payment must be cleared before 3PM)* DPD EXPRESS DELIVERY. This is the only service our company uses, we do not use any other service from DPD, for example, Standard Delivery.
We are sorry you did not receive your package as promptly as you expected. As from our records, we can see that your order was placed on the 3 Jan 2015 20:10:03, and we had dispatched your order on Monday. Your expected delivery time was Tuesday, unfortunately DPD had failed to deliver your parcel on time as per our agreement with them (using tracking number 5997814038)
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. DPD experienced an unusually large number of orders, which disrupted their normal delivery schedule. This rarely happens and unfortunately in this case, it had occurred with your order. This is out of our control as the third party courier service had failed to comply with our agreement.

Quality Clothing At The Right Price, Backed By Great Service.
Although on this occasion I did not keep my purchase due to me and my chosen garment not being of a compatible size, this in no way detracts from the company who supplied my item by mail order. My chosen suit was of very high quality, packaged with care and sent to me using an overnight courier inclusive in the price, which itself was great considering the brand of the garment. When I was forced to return my item due to it being too small, something I didn't want to do, but had no choice, the company response was excellent, offering in exchange a choice of three similar, but larger items, or a full refund. This, in my opinion is absolutely necessary when attempting to buy clothing on a mail order basis, and I would have no hesitation in using them again for similar future purchases.
