I was happy with the quality of the product and the speediness which despatched it... Christmas shopping has started :)

Don't answer phone calls,don't answer emails don't sent a invoice wit you order so you can sent yout sent your items back.

Would be using this company again what a joke.

Needed to return a pair of trainers that where so much smaller than the standard size my son couldn't even get them on! surely they could warn people of such small fittings in the listing. I'm sure I wouldn't have been the only person to return these due to a size issue. I called "Mush Clothing" on the number advertised and was answered by a woman who informed me that I had gone over the time and would have to return them and pay a restocking fee! a quote from their return policy -- (If we decide to accept returns outside of our policy, we may charge a 15% administration fee at our discretion.) so it's fair to say this was at her discretion. She was very curt and told me she was busy would need to get back to me. I said I would call back and was told she would contact me I waited almost a week and received a email telling me to send the trainers back.
When I checked their website I found the same trainers in their sale but cost £15 more than I had paid! so I would have to pay a "restocking fee" and they would have sold the trainers for £15 more than I paid for them so win win situation for "Mush Clothing"
So left with a pair of trainers that are about 2 sizes too small!

I cannot fault Mush. I ordered a last minute pair of Jeffrey West shoes for my hubby's birthday. They landed less than 24 hours later and during the Easter period too!

My order got mixed up and I have received a wrong item. I can see from other reviews that this sometimes happened before. I was very worried because I did not receive any email from Mush Clothing, but they were very nice over the phone. I advise anyone experiencing any unpredictable events to consult them over phone, however, getting an email confirmation is certainly a bit reassuring. Bottom line, someone else got a beautiful bag that I ordered. It took 19 days from placing my online order until I finally received my bag (and that is quite ok, given that I live outside UK - you can imagine how complicated it was to get things sorted out, since the bag was first shipped to someone else). I take it my bag is now very used to traveling, a great plus.

The wrong item arrived in 2 days, so if things go as they should, they are very fast. I was refunded for the cost of shipping the wrong item back, but it was of course a hassle. About my bag: unfortunately, the measurements provided on the site (in cm) were not completely correct - the bag is 4 cm shorter than stated and my laptop does not fit. Secondly, the bag has a small mark on the leather - not the end of the world as we know it.

All in all, it took some patience, some effort and lots of time, but I am happy how this worked out. I hope the person who messed my order does not suffer any consequences. Mistakes happen and we can all learn from them! I rate this store as trustworthy and professional, but there is obviously some room for improvement.

Fast delivery, easy payment .... only one thing:
For shoes over £ 240 the package was very poor. The shoe box was inside a plastic bag and the plastic bag was open on arrival. So shipping overseas should be using much better package.
