I love these guys! Made me several willow fences over the years. Great quality and I love using natural materials that look in place in my slightly overgrown garden. They take a while but that's because they are literally weaving your willow fences, so it's a good thing!
Terrible experience. Order some drawing charcoal and package was damaged in transit. Company said the broken bits could still be used so would not give me an exchange or refund

Two orders arrived absolutely as promised and beautifully packaged. The initial order of a 3 metre living willow dome had a very generous excess of all materials, leaving plenty of spares to allow for mistakes in building.
The dome itself looks lovely and was very straightforward to erect following the instructions provided.
All in all a really nice company and I have to say their prices for a willow dome are unmatched anywhere, so far as I could see.
