We ordered the car track soft play muscle mat, is super soft and so easy to clean, my little man confidently falls over now without worry! Delivery was super quick (ordered on a Thursday night and was delivered by Tuesday afternoon)

I personally have a beautiful cream shaggy Mat which is so luxurious both to look at and to relax on.
I have purchased the farm Mat for my grand children, it is beautiful. The colours are bright and cheerful and of course it is super comfy.
I have just purchased a Mat for my daughter to have in their living area - I actually purchased the wrong design and exchanging it was made so easy by Ana.

I had seen the muscle mat brand for sometime and I actually firstly ordered the Kmart one - it was cheaper but picked up stains and then I decided to upgrade and try the muscle mat one when they had a Christmas sale. I am so happy I did because the quality is so much better and stains don't sink into it (we have had yogurt splattered on it and a baby wipe got rid of it without a trace where the Kmart one did mark still.)
We had a slight issue and Carolynne from customer support worked with me to get it fixed immediately. I highly recommend them and I will buy again - especially knowing customer service is very pro-active!! It makes a huge difference when choosing a brand. Thank you. It was the easiest and best thing I have done for my health and wellbeing. After spine surgery, I found most beds so uncomfortable, now with my new topper it’s super comfortable and so much cheaper than buying a whole new bed. With the topper I can also remove it easily and take it with me anywhere bed I go!

This is the 5th mattress topper I have purchased. I have one on my bed, our guest bed, both kids have one and I use one in our camper van to add additional comfort. The whole experience from start to finish was seamless and very quick! I ordered this online and it was delivered the next day. The team even followed up with me two weeks later to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend!

I read plenty of reviews and was motivated to go for it. Upon receiving it I was surprised that for the price the packaging was ripped in several places because it was just shipped in a big hefty garbage bag with a label on it. It was minor dirty on the exposed spots that was easily cleaned.
Upon unpacking the mat it was discovered that I ordered the wrong size. So I went online and seen the one I should have ordered. BUT I also noticed that on returns I am responsible for shipping. Let’s just say read all information muscle mat provides before ordering.
In the end muscle mat customer service was prompt, professional and provided outstanding assistance.
In the end we made the mat work and it’s been nothing less than outstanding. And sorry for the looong TMI review. But that was to say read and make sure your order is exactly what you want. Thanks again muscle mat

I discovered Muscle Mat on social media. We have a you baby and was looking out for a rug option which was safe and comfortable for the family.
Decided to give it a go with a large mat for the living area, a smaller one for the nursery and their big cloud pillow looked interesting so threw that in too.
Very happy with everything, my baby who has recently started crawling rolls around very happily with no painful incidents and I love rolling with her on the cloud pillow.
Shipping was fast and surprisingly affordable.
Always looking out to support an Australian family business too!

I ordered your shaggy mat/rug and it arrived quickly (2 or 3 days).  I did have my reservations because the photos look good, but you never know.  I can absolutely say, with 100% certainty, I love this mat/rug.  Its absolute luxury. The shag part is a shorter shag, but the smooth, silky texture is heavenly.  The thickness of the rug is soft under foot and provides comfort to tired feet.  The nonslip backing is perfect; therefore, you dont need padding beneath it.  

If you ever make one that is bigger, I will by a second one from you.  I would need a 9 or 10 ft x 13 ft.  Seriously, if you ever go bigger please let me know.  If you ever make runners for hallways, please let me know as well because I will be the first in line to purchase one. 

The mat is perfect. Our toddler loved it immediately and it complemented our space perfectly. It’s beautiful and very comfortable. Great product. I’ve purchased a similar mat from a different provider and I can guarantee that this one is more plush and actually waterproof and for a better price. Definitely worth it

When I ordered, I was informed they were out of stock and it’ll be a few weeks before they’ll have more to ship. Apparently, some new stock came in and shipped to me earlier than they (or me) expected. After unpacking, it’s vacuum packed, and rolling out on the floor, it’s immediately plush & cushy. They say give it a week or so to fully expand, but it was already fluffy enough, I just want to lay on it all day. Unfortunately, I’ve got things to do, but I’ll get my chance very soon. It’s amazing!

Ordered the textured beige muscle mat and it came within 2 days! It is so soft and so comfortable & feels luxurious without the heft price tag. 2 weeks after we purchased Carolynne sent a follow up email check we had received the Mat.
Would 100% recommend to all family and friends.

We love our Shaggy Relax Mat from Muscle Mat! We spend a lot of time laying and playing on it with our (currently) 5 month old.
We did have an issue with matting, but it was covered under warranty and Audrey was very responsive and quick to help us. We always recommend Muscle Mat to our friends and family and will continue to.

After testing the Mattress Topper for a couple of nights realised it did not solve my sleep problem.
When requested what Muscle Mat return policy was, Cindy responded immediately with complete details and advising I would get a full refund.
