Don't trust them. From shipping, to comfort, to returns... all fails.

Don't trust the website in any form.
1. Standard shipping of 7-10 days actually means 30 days. You won't get your shoes for a month.
2. The shoes are wildly uncomfortable. The orthopedic slide in is a really thick (and hard) heal, and the frame of the shoe is already short so it almost feels like your heals are going to come out of the back of the shoes. If you don't tie them tight, they do. It also adds about 2" of height.
3. You have to pay for the returns. So after waiting for the shoes for a month, them being nothing like what the website said they would be, you have to pay to return them.

Overall, do not trust them. Spend a bit more and buy from a company that has a good reputation.

Ordered first class shipping 3-7 days…

Ordered first class shipping 3-7 days as offered on website. Everything is made in China shipped from China, no possible way to arrive in 3-7 days, it took 15 days. Event passed. They won't acknowledge my first class shipping for which I requested a refund as the order took 15 days. You have to pay to ship back to China if you don't want the shoes. Don't believe trust pilot for positive reviews, the bad ones are weeded out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, buyer beware.

Horrible …

I would also give this company 0stars if possible. Everything everyone else has written has been my experience as well!! I ordered through a Facebook ad and should have checked w real reviews not all their fake ones. Shoes are so cheap and horrible chemical smell. Costs as much to ship back to China and they lie and say they are a USA company. I’m a single mom and a server and needed these slip resistant shoes for work now I’m out $65 and have to go buy another pair I can actually wear. Scammers!!

I CANCELED THIS ORDER BY PHONE 10 MINUTES AFTER I PLACED IT . (SAME SHOE CHEAPER ON AMAZON) I KEPT GETTING SHIPMENT NOTICES THIS WAS GOING TO SHIP ANYWAY, I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TRYING TO STOP IT. Don't waste your time!

Do not waste your time with this company! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, same size, and they were not the same size, one was too small and one was too big. The heel in one pair was lopsided. They will not refund my money for their mistakes. I have sent photos and after 18 emails, they still say I have to pay to ship them back to China, they can only offer 20% refund and discount for their store. I will never buy from them again and I will keep pursuing until I get my money back. And yes, it took over 3 weeks to even receive the shoes - again coming from China! Horrible company, horrible customer service. They do not care about their customers at all. Cheap, crap manufacturing products.

Unprofessional service

You are very unprofessional and you can keep your $25 coupon as I have no interest in ever ordering from you.

I will stick to the big companies who value their customers in a more professional manner

If your shoes that I ordered online are not the right shoes for me after receiving them, why would you force me to keep them as I am not going to wear them

If the shoes are uncomfortable for me why refuse to refund me. You are forcing me to keep them!!!

I was actually referred to your company and didn’t realize I was dealing with an unprofessional company.

This company is a total scam!!

since the order was placed in Oct 2024. I have sent several more emails to try and get info on the status.
No luck. No refunds. Today (4/5/25), I received the shoes in the mail in the original package that I sent. It had a sticker on it saying "unclaimed"! So basicly, this

This company is totally deceptive

This company is totally deceptive! I paid $65 for shoes that it took 3 weeks to get and that is because they don't tell you they are coming from CHINA ! When I finally got them they had the worst chemical smell I had to put them out in the garage. Company won't refund my total purchase price and I would have to pay the shipping to return them to China. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM!

Fake scam not recommended

I ordered shoes from these people a couple weeks ago. I was told they would be here yesterday. I continue to ask about where the product is because on their site it still shows it at the same location in transit. I have disputed the cost with my bank, this is a scam.

I have called this company multiple times to try to get a return started. I have gone on their website multiple times to try to get a return started. I finally got somebody to answer their phone yesterday and they said they had no record of me doing so which tells me it’s a scam. They said they started a return for me and I should hear within 24 hours with an email, but I haven’t heard anything yet. It’s not about the $60. It’s about nobody else should be ordering from them because they are full of baloney.

Finally reached a person who gave me an address in Beijing to return any product I was unhappy with; DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

This is not a real business

This is not a real business. I have never recieved my shoes that I paid 65.00 for and they refuse to refund my money. I also found out too late that this product is in CHINA. I am reporting them to the BBB and will see if a class action can be done. I will no longer buy shoes or other items on line since it is all a scam. Please people, go to a store and buy only if you can touch the product and have it when funds exchange. It will boost USA products.

False advertising as a USA company.

Ditto for Zeke's review two days ago and Elaine W. a day ago. Musabela is falsely advertising as a USA business. The shoes are cheaply made and shipped from China. The shoes must be returned to China, which costs $30. That is half the price I paid for the shoes. There is no USA return address. I emailed and called to be sure. This company is horrible

This company is horrible. Stay away!! Their product is cheap. You might as well go to the dollar store if you want a pair of sneakers from them. You get better quality from the dollar store . They don’t send the right size, they smell like pipe glue, And they are very uncomfortable, The supposed orthotic is disgusting and does not provide an arch at all. They wobble in the shoe. Just an absolutely horrible, cheap product not what they say at all!! And they will not give you a refund so don’t waste your money because that is what you will do if you purchase anything from this company.
