15 emails to get my problem fixed and no person has contacted me to fix the problem. Don’t buy anything from this company

I was sent the wrong size shoes. I could not get an answer from them on where to return the shoes. Finally I found the address but had to pay shipping to send them back. I never could get a refund. I reported it to my bank as FRAUD. The bank paid me for the shoes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The sandals I purchased in August of 2025 were not as supportive for my plantir fascititis. I requested a return, and was told I would receive an email with instructions. After three weeks, and a request for instructions, I returned the sandals in mid-September, providing the tracking information and that they had been received by the local distribution center. No refund was issued, and I began to email customer service every two weeks, providing screenshots of the return information, but as of the end of February, I still have not received a refund. Now when I email customer service they are offering replacement sandals, and I have to tell them I need a refund. This is a terrible company.

The shoes run small and are cheaply made. When I returned them I had to pay 21.00 dollars to ship them back and still haven't gotten a refund. Impossible to reach anyone,the phone number is bogus and they don't respond to emails. Total scam

PLEASE-everyone go online and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for this company! I’ve had a horrible experience w Musabela and from what I reading, they need to be turned in for scamming so many customers.

Never got my shoes. Ever. Ordered Nov 29 2025 and today is Feb 25. Email doesn't respond and phone no.doesn't answer. No customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I can't believe they're still out there.

Never get the order and never get response back on my mails

These people are scam. I had one pair and looked at the site. I accidently hit order and they would not stop the order from coming. They are probably located in China because all of the responses I get to my emails are made at one in the morning. Phone number does not go through. They say they are in Irvine California but I do not believe that. I still am awaiting a return authorization number from them. Package is not opened up.

DO NOT BUY!!! Horrible customer service. They wont respond to be able to return the shoes for a refund as they claim you can return within 30 days of receiving.

Zero stars if there was an option, garbage, fake advertising delivery takes an extremely long time zero customer service!!!! Fraud!!!! Don't order!!!

Very Sketchy.
1. These shoes are not in any way at all orthotic, and so overpriced even at their perpetual half-off sale.
2. Despite the website, there is no US website (so forget about returns).
3. On the bright (?) side, the shipping went smoothly for me.

I bought two pairs of shoes and waited a three weeks to receive. They did not fit I think they’re made for children. Anyway I contacted them to return and they gave an address to ship back on my dime. I did as they asked within 30 days in all the original packaging which I did. Now comes the fun they acknowledge receiving the shoes back and toils a refund was initialized 2-10 days for funds return. Whelk that never happened and as of now 45 days later still nothing and I contact them email only the sent back someone would get back to me within 24 hours. Well this is the second time I received that email. Now they just don’t respond. Right now I’m out $130.00 dollars plus the cost of return shipping

I could go on but I think you got the gist of dealing with a sub rated company.

Do not purchase form this company. The shoes are too big. They do not honor the guarantee. The size chart is wrong. I returned them and they did not return my money even with a signed tracking.

I would not give a star if it were possible. Ive sent several messages and recieved automated responses. They will not refund money. If you try to return the shoes, they will not pay nor help with the cost.

Purchased in November. Said 10-12 days to ship...still waiting. Had no idea these were coming from overseas since the company is in California. Sneaky...I would not have ordered them if the came from overseas. Looks like a scam.

Had no idea this was a business in China. Took over a month to receive product. Immediately returned to CA address. Over a month and no response. Numerous emails sent. Will contact credit card for help. SCAM. WISH i had read reviews before ordering!😡

I gave it 1 star but should be none! I ordered shoes Dec 5 and payment cleared my bank 12/15/25. Don’t have shoes. Send 6 emails with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I CONSIDER THEM A SCAM!!!! Today’s date is 1/13/26.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Ordered shoes for my 99 year old aunt. They were too bulky and poor quality. I sent numerous emails for a return label with 2 vague responses. This company is a scam!!! Taking advantage of people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Whatever you do do NOT buy from this place. It will soon be a year that I've ordered, took months for the product and it was the wrong size. I wanted another size haven't received a new pair or refund!!! I'm now getting the Atty Generals Office involved and my atty for $65.00

Worse sneakers ever. Hard Plastic soles and very narrow width considering they are supposed to be x wide. After reading all the reviews of how difficult or impossible it is to return them I just might bring them to the dump and perhaps someone else will be able to use them. I don't need my blood pressure going up just to try and return them. Buyer beware indeed.
