The staff were professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from the first consultation.
The doctor explained everything clearly, and the procedure was painless and well-organized.

I had a very nice experience with Murat Makasci Clinic. The people there took care of me and were really avalaible whenever I needed. I could ask all the questions that I wanted and ask for everything that I wished. They were helpful in every possible way.
Regarding my operation everything went smoothly, it has been 5 month now and I am quite happy with the result for now.
My hair grew beyond my expectation at this stage.

I decided to get a hair transplant three months ago. I looked at several clinics and decided on Murat Makasci in Istanbul. I had the FUE Sappire transplant. It was quick, practically painless, and had no aftereffects. I'm completely satisfied. They're true experts who did a great job. I recommend them.

Terrible experience with Murat hair clinic. An unhygienic hair mill. My donor area has been completely over harvested, their hygiene and care during the procedure is shocking, they really don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Booked my procedure from the UK and the service on WhatsApp beforehand was fine, no complaints. Answered my questions and so I paid my deposit and flew out.
On the day of the procedure myself and four others were put in a waiting room and each told to fill out a form, basically stating that they won’t take any responsibility for anything if the results aren’t as expected. Fine, I’m aware of the risks and proceeded to the operating room. Then when it came to the consultation they didn’t mention anything about how many grafts they would expect to extract or how long the procedure should take. Just drew my hairline using freehand, no lasers or any other measuring equipment for symmetry. They began with the procedure and ended up extracting 6k grafts!! All in one sitting which is a complete no no! Firstly I was only a diffused thinner and by no means completely bald. I probably needed around 2-3k grafts max. Secondly due to extracting such a large amount and with the procedure lasting almost 12hrs straight, this has definitely caused over harvesting and now 4months post-op my donor area is still so thin and patchy and still has bumps and scars. I don’t believe they followed appropriate hygiene protocols and could smell cigarettes on some of the technicians as they went and came from smoke breaks. They made me eat my lunch (I’m sure better food is served in prisons) on the same chair I was being operated on. I could feel the technicians breathe on my open wounds on my scalp as they were operating, they had face masks but these were just dangling from their ears and not actually covering their nose or mouth. Nobody was assessing the extracted hair grafts under a microscope to ensure they were inserted in the correct direction and to ensure double grafts weren’t being out in the hairline. I have multiple double and triple hair grafts on my hairline which is something that should be avoided if you want a natural looking hairline. I would avoid this clinic at all costs. I’m sure there are some decent clinics in Turkey so do your research but this is not one of them. They cut corners and will extract as much as they can from your head because their philosophy is more is better and give no regard to the consequences that you’ll have to deal with afterwards.

The hair procedure was very smooth. We are very pleased with this clinic. The clinic provided us support from UK to Turkey. Consultant Sarah was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. The clinic still continue to offer support after the procedure and are always happy to help and answer any doubts. Excellent experience over all. The doctors and technicians were great, we are very happy with the entire team.

Very kind and profesionnal staff. Sara is doing follow up with me since the intervention and respond to all my concerns. They make sure you follow each post operation step correctly. I really recommend. Much better intervention than the one I received in Canada 10 years ago.

Murat makasci clinic are great! I went to have hair transplant done in November and I flew over from the uk and The procedure was straight forward. Its only been 5 weeks but so far I am very happy. The aftercare has been amazing. Any questions I have had they have responded and helped me straight away. Sara the medical consultant has been very helpful. So far I would recommend Murat makasci clinic 100%.

the team is very helpful and friendly. there is a good answer to every question. There is always something to eat in between and a main course that is very tasty. you can go to the toilet at any time. the only thing that hurts are the anesthetic injections. after that, the procedure is painless to the end. the team is very gentle and professional and also has a sense of humor. hopefully they will get many more customers so that the boss can pay himself and the employees better because they all do their best and deserve it. a clean friendly clinic where you feel very comfortable. And you're always in contact and they ask how you're doing, whether they can help and give you tips. Thanks!

The whole experience was a good one if people are worried about the pain there is none apart from injection but that's minor the whole team was very kind I am glad chose this surgery first class thank you😊😊😊

I had my second hair transplant at this clinic and I cannot express enough gratitude and say how pleased I was with the staff at Murat Makasci's clinic. They say that anything done with passion is done well, and I think that very saying applies to Murat Makasci personally. I could even observe this during my first hair wash after the treatment at the clinic when Mr Makasci greeted me personally and quickly focused on my head to see if anything else could be done.

Many thanks to the brilliant Murat Makasci, the technicians, my interpreter Sara and the ever cheerful receptionists who were all highly professional, polite, friendly and very thorough in all aspects of their work. As with my first hair transplant, I felt that they made my visit at the clinic as comfortable as possible and ensured that I received the best possible treatment overall.

Do not look any further, I repeat do not look any further if you are looking for a reliable hair transplant clinic in Istanbul. They provide full service from airport to clinic and back. I was amazed with how courteous the staff are, they are very friendly, helpful and definitely go the extra mile. Clinic is in the same building with Florence Nightingale Hospital, which is assurance but my operation went as smooth as I hoped for. Sara from the Clinic was with me along the way, 24/7. She has amazing response time and answers any questions you have before and after. Chief Nurse Safiye Hanim did all my hairline drawings, asked my opinion, etc. Ece, Sumeyye, Cemile and Murat made the whole operation a very good experience. They used painless anesthesia, if I rate the pain, I would say 3 out of 10 due to burning sensation from the anesthesia injection, there after it was very smooth also due to anxiety medicine. They did this event an amazing experience. I would highly recommend them. I am repeating, if you are looking for a reputable, dependable clinic for hair transplant look no further. You may find cheaper ones, but they use cheap sales techniques to push more product, or charge by graft, etc. to get more money later. There were absolutely no surprises in Murat Makasci Clinic, and nobody asked me to buy anything extra or pushed me to do anything extra. They are very professional and courteous.

I traveled to Istanbul on my own, first time I’ve ever been abroad by myself. I was naturally anxious because of this, however very quickly my mind was put at ease. My coordinator Sara had messaged me again before I’d even landed telling me where I needed to go for the transfer, then when I got to the hotel a quick run down of what to expect the next day.

Sara collected me from the hotel, on time and we arrived at the clinic together where I met Dr Murat and his team. Dr Murat spend a lot of time with me throughout the day which I wasn’t expecting at all, he and his team were exceptional from start to finish. They had all the time in the world for me and the work they have done is nothing short of excellent. Dr Murat even had time to have tea with me before I left and gave me everything I needed.

If you’re reading this and you’re wondering what to do, because there’s so many clinics out there, I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. This was my second transplant. I had my first in the U.K. and never again. If I ever need a 3rd procedure, I’ll go back to Dr Murat and his team, without hesitation.

17.10.22 I was customer of mr Murad Makasci clinic. Clinic provided for me high level transfer from and to airport, pretty nice hotel, interpreter Sara, Sara is very nice person. Currently I am waiting for result after operation (I need almost one year), and it is too early to make some conclusions, but all services were provided very good. 5 ⭐️
