Good Quality products and arrived fast, no issues.

I've been a customer since 2021 and I can say that I absolutely loved their product/s. Back then, they were using the standard shipping to the US which was affordable ($10). I thought product arrived at a decent time. Now, they've switched to DHL Express ($30) + Import duty fee of $19 which made shipping more than what the item cost.
Placed order 9/12/25 and today is 9/22/25. DHL has not yet delivered my order. I'm sorry but when you say "express" shipping, I believe it would be at least 2-5 business days.
That's the reason for the 3 star rating. Expensive shipping and longer waiting time for the price we pay.
Other than that, if they have not switched the shipping fee and have kept the standard shipping, then it could have been 5 stars all the way!

The company sells great generics I need for skincare without having to pay some dermatologist for stuff I already know I need and how to use without paying some exorbitant fees for their consultation or brand name products

These products are great and my skin looks amazing!

I didn't notice until eating most of them that most or all were expired. I don't want refund. I just want them to check on their merchandise before they send them off.

You claimed order would take time and it did .

I still haven't received my order and have no ability to track the order.
I Have also responded to this email re not having received my order and have not received a responded.
I would appreciate it if someone could advise me of when I can expect delivery of my order.

This is a very trusty-worthy, honest site for those who are wondering. Great products for a great price. 4 star only (wish I could give 4.5) because of the shipping methods they use. It takes a really long time to get the items but maybe I’m being unfair because it’s coming so far from the USA? Anyway, I highly recommend Muneni!
