I contacted 6 or so breeders who were…

I contacted 6 or so breeders who were selling miniature dachsunds, trying to buy one so my cavalier can have some company. Maybe I asked too many too quickly? I was suddenly banned for some reason, with no explanation why. When I contacted support explaining that I just wanted to buy a puppy, the support wouldn't tell me why I had been banned and refused to reopen my account. Seems ridiculous and the support is incompetent
