We purchased a property with Munday’s and I would very highly recommend. Rachel was extremely helpful and efficient when working with us on suggested viewings. It was exactly the right level of contact and communication to keep us informed without being over the top. We quickly felt confident that our preferences were understood, our time being well used and there was a genuine desire to find us the right property. This is in stark contrast to another supposedly ‘modern agency built on personal service’, unlike them, Munday’s genuinely offered this.

Once engaged in the offer, purchase and completion, this high level of service through easy, clear and friendly communication continued throughout. Ultimately we ended up with exactly what we wanted, and the process of getting it was eased and enhanced by Munday’s. We’d have no hesitation to buy and sell with Munday’s in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience with Munday's and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move a home. As a smaller, customer-focused estate agent, they really stand out for their personal touch, welcoming us with flowers on moving-in day was such a thoughtful gesture.

I felt I had a dedicated team member, Alison who I could call on for advice and support at any time, and I had the added superpower of Becky's experience and trustworthiness. It is invaluable. Their knowledge of SE15 is evident. But I also felt they love what they do. They love houses, they are invested in finding the right buyer for the right house. They conduct the whole tricky process with grace, optimism and care.

Becky is fantastic and has been by far the best agent that we have ever worked with. She’s a great communicator and very hands on. We felt we were in good hands throughout the entire process from start to finish. Would 100% recommends Mundays.

We recently sold our house through Munday’s, having previously bought it through them six years previously, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in south east London.

The team at Munday’s have great local knowledge and their photographer takes beautiful pictures which really show the property at its best.

Based on our experience, the initial price estimates are fair and achievable. They were great at communicating, providing plenty of feedback from prospective buyers and advice throughout the sale process.

I have recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property listed by Munday's. Gail has been my point of contact and she has honestly gone above and beyond in the whole process. She is always quick to reply to any queries sometimes even out of working hours and has been very polite, professional and reassuring. I can not fault them at all and having had poor experience with other estate agents it was such a breath of fresh air. I certainly will make them my first point of call for any sales/purchases.

Very happy with Becky, Denise and team. Really worked hard for the sael and persevered when things went against us. A local business that serves the local community very well.

We were impressed by every aspect of the service, including (but not limited to):

1 The quality of the marketing photographs - Munday’s use an architectural photographer who had a real eye for detail.

2 The prompt response to our emails - we received prompt responses to all our emails whether or not they were sent in or outside office hours.

3 The prompt and high number of serious buyers who viewed our property within days of going on the market (we accepted an offer within 10 days of the property going on the market).

4 The pricing and marketing strategy - the property was priced to generate a high degree of interest and we were advised to move to best and final offers, which proved a successful strategy - we received several offers (all but one of which exceeded the asking price).

Amazing job by Becky and the team. They sold our house in a week and we exchanged just 5 weeks later. Thanks so much!
