Price bait and switch!
Advertised on Baby List as 9.00 per item, bought 2 and rung up as $53 including shipping. Discovered only after debit card charged, untrustworthy website and company.
Baby List should de list Munchkin as Fraud!

Went to order 2 items . Sooo difficult to navigate kept throwing in other items .. not Stright forward. Went to Amazon to get sane order . Such a shame as willing to support this company but they not willing to support the customers

I’ve been a Munchkin customer for over three years and never needed support until now. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased a Munchkin cup for my baby and, on the second use, my baby managed to bite through the straw and tear off a piece. This is a serious choking hazard and extremely concerning for a product designed for infants.

What shocked me even more was the brand’s response. Customer support showed no empathy at all — I was never asked whether my baby was okay or if he had swallowed part of the straw. Instead, I was told that this was not a manufacturing issue and that I should “check with the retailer”, with no assistance offered.

For a baby brand, dismissing a potential safety issue like this and failing to show even basic concern for a child’s wellbeing is unacceptable.

I expected accountability, investigation, and support. I received none.

I would strongly caution other parents to think carefully before purchasing products where safety concerns are handled this poorly.

Very good at replying to my email. I had an error in my address and notified the company. They emailed back next day and explained it was too late to alter my address but had refunded my account, then advised me to re order, which I did. My delivery was very quick and well packaged. So pleased with my items. Thankyou.

All good except the packaging smells like horse sh1t. Spoilt the whole experience. Especially when the kids have to eat / drink from these (cups & lunch boxes) products.

Amazing customer service.

Had some issues with baby gates (due to my measuring!) and they very kind in helping me to resolve.

I purchased 2 Munchkin sipper cups for my grandson. When he couldn’t get any liquid to come up the straw, I tried too. Oh my! Even I couldn’t get anything out of the straw. I called Munchkin, and was told we have to “activate” the straw. I was told to squeeze it very hard, everything in, or on the cup straw was squeezed. Still nothing. The company told me that basically, I was out of luck. I will not purchase any item every again from Munchkin.

I wanted to write to say what excellent customer service I have received from Munchkin. I recently wrote to purchase extra products as some parts of my granddaughter’s cups needed replacing due to wear and tear. They did not do replacements but sent me a free one… the cups are fantastic and I now would not buy from anywhere else. Thank you 😊

Purchased a baby Swing and service was quick and easy. Even got a discount code for signing up to the news latter

Service was good and the cups came quickly.

I bought the lids to go on the sippy cups as the sippy cups will leak but the lids are no good as they just come off so no point in having them.

I also bought the simple straw cup at first I thought they were good but the straw is forever falling out so you have to take the lid off and keep pushing it back in. The little lip that is meant to keep the straw down is not deep enough so the straw keeps pinging up and the straw will also come apart when you have it in a drink so overall a little disappointed.

Awful service. Postage is £6!!!! For an item that weighs less than 100g and 5cm in length. Did not send us a confirmation email and wouldn’t let us cancel even though we emailed straight away.
Do not use this website and avoid!!!

I bought the dotty bath mat for my baby. Noticed some discolouration so decided to pop it in the machine. Some the dots came off exposing black mould underneath! My baby has eczema s this is the last place I'd expect to see mould!

We bought some of their no spill cups and they have been fantastic!

We had a small issue where our son bit through the top of the cup. Him teething, rather than the quality of the cup. Munchkin upon email kindly sent a replacement.

Great company!

I bought a easyfit safety gate and was happy with the product at first, but after a few uses the locking handle broke and not long after that it fell off completely. The product is a good product but the material is cheap and brittle and the design is not too good. I would buy a more robust safety gate as the childs safety is most important, obviously not too lindam or munchkin.
