Bad experience
I ordered seven small items from here. According to the market rate, they should have cost around 600 to 700, but here I had to pay 1500 including delivery charges. The quality is also not very good. I am very disappointed.

Let’s break this down clearly:
1155 + 349 (delivery) = 1504.
In fact, the delivery cost is closer to 400, so your statement “I had to pay 1500 including delivery” is actually accurate, just not in the way you intended.
As for delivery charges, unfortunately, courier companies haven’t yet adopted the concept of “free lunches.” They do charge for their service, and we simply pass that along transparently.
Regarding your concern that the price should be 600–700 rs, fair point, if we were still in 2022. However, it’s 2026, and costs (materials, logistics, production) have moved accordingly. Of course, the purchase was entirely your choice; there was no pressure from our side.
On the quality issue: customer reviews tend to speak louder than assumptions. Alhamdulillah, we’ve built a solid reputation over time. We also offer a 7-day return policy, which was available if the product truly didn’t meet your expectations.
Additionally, our support team did reach out to resolve your concern, but we didn’t receive a response from your end.
Lastly, a humble suggestion: please avoid jeopardizing businesses that are genuinely trying to operate ethically—especially over a difference of just 200-300 Rs. A bit disappointing, to say the least.
