Despite assuring me that my issue (including the address update) had been resolved after multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, nothing was actually done to fix the problem.

After several attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, I am left with no solution. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

I thought it was a scan as the sender was Fredieric medina and not even mumzworld... Additionally, I've specified the customer service to leave the package with the security guard or in front of the door. I had to wait to get money back in a voucher, then the order was out of stock. When I could finally order again, the price doubles! Spent hours with the customer service but they didn't want to do anything about that. Even if I lost a lot of time trying to reschedule my order, those things can happen but I would expect to get the same rates when trying to place my new order. Very disappointed

I recently purchased a bumble-bird-baby-changing-table-white. The quality is very poor. The timber lengths are different sizes and therefore the product does not assemble. It is a waste of money.

I recently purchased a Momcozy breast pump from Mumzworld, taking advantage of their Ramadan cashback offer. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Firstly, it was not clearly communicated anywhere that the store credit I would receive would expire after just 7 days. Additionally, the credit is only applied 15 business days post-delivery, which is very misleading. There is no mention of this expiration on their app, making it easy to miss if you're not paying close attention.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service for clarification and assistance, I encountered rude and unhelpful behavior from a representative named Adham. Instead of resolving my issue, he seemed unwilling to help and lacked basic courtesy.
Overall, I feel let down by Mumzworld's lack of transparency and poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here based on my experience.

I had the pleasure of shopping at Mumzworld, and I must say, their customer service is exceptional. From the moment I reached out with a query, the team was incredibly helpful and supportive. They went above and beyond to assist me with my order, answering all my questions and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. My order was initially out of stock and was supposed to arrive on 7th March, but it surprisingly arrived on 1st March, which was a wonderful surprise on the first day of Ramadan. The attention and care I received from the customer service team truly made my day. They called me multiple times, even though they had already answered my questions and tried to resolve the situation. They followed up again after the order was delivered to make sure I was satisfied with both the delivery and the product. I’m really grateful to the entire team, and I’d like to specifically thank: Ayesha (عائشة) Maryam(مريم) Mena(منّة), and Mazen(مازن) for their outstanding help.This is my first time dealing with Mumzworld, and it won’t be the last 😊

My experience with all the purchases has always been smooth. The delivery is per expected timeline and all the items are in good condition. The customer service also replied as soon as possible.

The delivery is very bad service even the one who works there i have been calling them for the past 3 days about my order issue and they didnt answer or reply where is my order and i have flight and i dont have anyone who can pick up my order and they didnt answer

I was sent a used and damaged item, and have just been getting generic “we’re working on it” responses. But are now being completely ignored after I sent yet another email to ask for an update. Very disappointed as I have only ever had a good experience with them before, but it seems customer service has declined. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Delayed delivery without any intimation to me for the aptmil pdf formula for newborn. Call center timings are also very limited not approachable. Need more improvement in post sales service. Will never recommend to anyone to buy product from Mumzworld.
Both call center and people handling customers over email are not capable to understand customer queries.

Mumzworld cancelled 3 orders due to insufficient stock and then never gave me my money back. I have been chasing a rather large refund of QAR1122 for several weeks and each time I get the same empty promises.

I implore you to find your item elsewhere, don’t trust this company.
