I have tried other online fitness classes and they do not compare. They have live sessions that you can join in, or do later in your own time.
I love that there is no pressure. There are no comparison pictures shared, which takes away that pressure feeling, and really encourages you to comfortable with YOUR fitness journey.
I don't always keep up with their classes but I always return, and honestly wouldn't go elsewhere. Lo has made me feel included and Ryan's energy is 100, and I love that.

Don’t Hesitate! Join the family!
Not just any workouts … these are snatchedbylo workouts! Prepare to feel that booty burn, sweat, and have a load of fun with a great community who feel like family! Where else will you find a workout where the rule is- if your jam comes on, stop and get dancing/twerking!
On a serious note this it a total vibe, a total package with real, genuine, fun and kind people who are there to support you, be your hype people and your friends! I’ve been part of this since the first lockdown and haven’t looked back!

It’s refreshing to be a part of an…
It’s refreshing to be a part of an inclusive community that doesn’t put aesthetic at the forefront of physical wellness. The combination of nutrition, mental wellness and physical exercise makes snatched by Lo a really beautiful space to be a part of. The tour was incredible and seeing so many Mums work out with their children around was heart warming. I can physically and mentally see and feel the benefits of being a part of Snatched By Lo.

Top quality merchandise and workouts
I have bought the resistance bands, the original sweat belt and now invested in the new sweat belt. All of the merchandise is absolute top quality, comes in a very timely manner and always has a lovely personal note attached. I would recommend all of the merchandise.
I recently participated in the Manchester leg of the tour and was wowed by the atmosphere, spirit and teamwork that Lauren, Ryan and Rheanne provided. Modifying each workout for every single person present!
Absolutely brilliant!

Amazing workouts, vibes and people!!!
I've been a ryda now for over a year now and the workouts are amazing. Love that they are saved and I can go back and do the ones I loved the most. The vibes are just great and the other rydas are just so friendly and welcoming I've honestly made some incredible online friends that support me and encourage me. The snatched by lo tour was everything need it every week. The resistance bands are different. The way they work your booty is no joke. And the sweat belt is so supportive and I'd just recommend it all. You will not regret it.

Snatched By Lo Tour was amazing!
I had such an amazing time at the snatched by Lo tour! The vibes were level
1000 and made me forget I was working out tbh. Also met so many other amazing women which was an added bonus. I will definitely be at the next one!!
