There were delays with my order due to well-publicized Royal Mail issues. I have never had a company reach out to me and verify that my order was delivered nor has a company ever bothered to take the time to make a personal call to keep me informed of my order status. I was beyond pleased with the level of attention and service given to a small order. I am glad that I found this business and would not hesitate to make another purchase in the future

An ingenious product that solves a problem with the MacBook's lack of a security slot. In my case, the screw that locks it into the headphone jack was stuck. It took a little bit of engineering to get it lose but now works very well. I just bought my daughter one as well.

I think it could be improved if the screw were a Phillips-head or even keyed with a small allen wrench. I had a fear that the flat-head screw would get stripped.

I haven’t use the product yet but have performed research on Apple MAC security apparatus and the Mulplx seems to be at the top! Looking forward to putting it into great use!!

I received my shipment very quickly. The cable is very sturdy and looks well put together.

So, I ordered a laptop lock, and actually forgot about the delivery.
I had a call from Sham, explaining they'd tracked it and it showed as not delivered.
He then sent a replacement out via a different courier.

Plenty of companies could learn a few lessons from these guys about customer service and going the extra mile for 5 star service.

New concept for a laptop lock! Quite useful when a laptop is too thin to itself accommodate a lock slot on its sides.

Product in itself is superfunctional (the audiolock) and I really like the colour scheme of the laptop lockcable, unfortunalety the audiolock does not come in the same colour but it is a very minor issue. I can utmost recommend them and their products.

Shipping internationally from England, our package arrived quickly (a week or less). The Anchor is a simple device that does what it says. I took off 1 star because I think a Phillips head screw and screwdriver might have been easier to use to tighten/untighten the Anchor rather than the flat head screw and screwdriver that they provide. Otherwise, nice little device.

I bought a new laptop with no Kensington lock slot; I travel for work and have to leave my laptop in a lot of possibly un-secure environments and was very frustrated with the lack of a slot. I did a lot of searching on line and stumbled across Multplx. At first I was looking at the block and the cable. I have a cable; further research revealed I could just buy the block. I did and I absolutely love it. It is small, elegant, easy to use and secure. If I need audio from my laptop I need to unscrew it, but mostly, when I'm on the road, I leave the block connected and insert and remove my kensington lock.

Great option for locking up computers without a lock slot (Kensington). Had a hard time sourcing out a laptop lock that wasn't glued to the laptop surface. This is a clever and unique solution using the headphone jack. Small enough and out of the way so that I can be kept on all the time. My daughter is using this daily in her university residence. Service was outstanding as well! It shipped out quickly to Canada - took a few days once leaving the UK but overall no surprises (additional costs).

The product is fine and it works, however I am not sure it is worth the amount I paid for it. I would not recommend the product to anyone, but would not say it is not worth getting if it is the only thing that fits your computer.

Great customer service. I can say it’s second to none. My only recommendation is a video link for new users. Now I can lock my laptops to the table to avoid theft.
