Hello everyone
I ordered an Explorer Red suitcase from this store and finally found it. I sent a message to the store. I was delighted with their quick response that the suitcase was in stock. I managed to buy a larger size and, additionally, the price was lower than on other websites. Shipping to Germany was very fast. I ordered it on Friday, and it arrived after the weekend. I'm very pleased. I'd been looking for this suitcase for a long time, and every store had sold out. I finally found this store. I wasn't entirely sure I'd be able to buy it, but a quick exchange of messages with the store and the suitcase is in my possession. I'm very happy. I highly recommend it. As the title says, if you have any questions, just send them an email and you'll know for sure whether they have the item you're looking for in stock.

Purchased an item dated November 10
Purchased an item dated November 10, 2023. Shipped from Multitoolsmarkt .NL to Sweden via Dhl e commerce to Germany.
After 12 days (currently, November 22, 2023) my package is still in Germany and I no longer have a tracking update since November 14th!
Sent several emails to Multitoolsmarkt.NL but no Repay or late responses.At the moment I don't know if my package will arrive or I will be forced to ask for a refund from Multitoolsmarkt.NL...
Disappointed at moment.

I ordered a knife for a birthday. When I called to ask if the knife was available in the warehouse, they were very friendly and helpfull. Bought a beautiful knife, got it 2 days later.

I ordered on January 21st. I emailed on January 26th after no notification that the product was out for delivery. I was told that my purchase would be shipped within the next few days. It is January 31st and the product has still not left the warehouse. I have emailed again but received no reply.
