Panels have warped
I had multipanel shower panels installed approximately 3 years ago by a plumber costing several thousand pounds. The panels have warped at the bottom and water has leaked through the downstairs ceiling despite a 30 year guarantee.

Delivery experience terrible. Panels are not shipped with any protective packaging. Panels had footprints all over.
I ended up with some of my panels and some for another customer. Trims delivered were wrong colour.
It’s clear their selected delivery partner PDS do not deliver with attention or care in any way in some instances.
Products all requested to be returned as they are all poorly packaged and imperfect.

Panels are not of the best of quality and after sales is rubbish. Got two panels and they have started to fog up after 4 weeks they said it was chemicals that have been put on the panel only ever cleaned with soap and water.. delivery time is crazy.

Misty blue hydrolock panels look great, but 3 months later they have lots of water marks. How can this happen when they are supposed to be waterproof? I dry the walls with a micro fibre cloth after every shower, which is inconvenient, when I was looking to refurbish my bathroom, I told the supplier that I wanted low maintenance which they certainly are not

Stay away from this product and company, fitted many panels like this over the years Hydro lock system doesn’t work well, boards are usually bent and latest job had a flaw in the finish which after many weeks they decided that it should have been checked before installing but also tell you not not remove protection before installing. Typical blame someone else for their incompetence. Plenty of other products on the market won’t be using again.

Placed two orders over the period of a month.
The first delivery was a nightmare, missed delivery times twice.
Second order placed a week in advance, no contact, so I contact topps tiles who have no leverage on this company. Missed delivery slot, could not confirm next delivery slot all the while we have a family with no bathroom.
Completely useless company, do not use.
Ordered product from Plumb World (who have been excellent to deal with), and paid for a specific delivery date 3 working days after order. When we got confirmation I didn't really check the delivery dates, and later noticed the delivery was for a week later! Plumb World were great and refunded the priority delivery, we then received a call by Multi Panel (well, Grant Westerfield, parent Company maybe??) to chase us agreeing to a new date, this was agreed for the 25th (2 weeks after our original scheduled delivery date). Information in the message said they will text before 9 today, did not receive any text and just checked and now saying "Congrats, your delivery is on the 26th". I then came to here and read the bad product reviews, so just contacted Plumb World who have cancelled the order.
Poor product, everyone I've fitted has failed, as a business I've had to replace them foc and gave lost thousands on these jobs, do not buy this piece of rubbish panel!
First of all I’ll start by saying I give MultiPanel 0 stars, and I would absolutely not recommend MultiPanel to anyone as they cannot be installed easily.
These panels are an absolute nightmare to install. It has taken over 6 days to install 10 panels (maximum 2 per 8 hour+ days) and every single one of them has not fitted easily or smoothly. The ‘Hydrolock’ system is an absolute joke and does not allow the panels to fit together easily. It is worth noting we found that the smaller the panel is, the easier it is to lock together and fit - the larger 2400x1200 panels are pretty much defective and do not lock properly, but the smaller 600x1200 panels are easier to lock into place. The different corner/side trim pieces offered are also poorly designed and a nightmare to fit, nothing sits flush or installs correctly as it should.
Unless you have 100% perfect straight walls that they show in the bare essential 'training material' (if you could even call it that) provided (which in reality nobody will have) - then these panels will not install as easily as advertised. If you simply must go with them, don’t try to save money and get the larger 2400x panels and stick with 600x so you can fit them easier.
Please don't go anywhere near Multipanel, their products are below standard and their customer service is the same.
Their products came recommended by a contractor and with a view to rent out my property in the future I was looking for something that will be easy to maintain. I ordered the Levanto Marble Herringbone Tile Panel. Their product information is very misleading, as it was stated in their brochure, on their website and on their facebook page that there would be an 'almost seamless joint' between panels and demonstrated this in photos. However the pattern on the marble does not line up, making the panel joins very obvious. When I tried to complain about this defect in the product I was gaslighted by the representative on the phone by being told there was 'nothing wrong with the product, and the pattern is not meant to line through'. I paid twice as much for these panels as I would for tiles and I'm very disappointed both with the product and with the customer service at the company multipanel.co.uk.
Was pointed towards Grant Westfield multipanel by our plumber who we have used before and never had any issue with the quality of his work. New bathroom was planned and fitted and we were really happy with the way it looked. 6 months down the line the panels started to bulge out at the bottom near a joint and there was a ridge you could run your finger over. Reported this to the vendor who then got in touch with GW, after several weeks waiting for them to come out and bending over backwards sending videos and numerous pictures of the fault a final report was sent.
This final report has been sent without anyone coming out and looking at the issue, their deduction of the issue was it was an installation error, the plumber used all the specified products to fit the panels.
How on earth can someone deduct that their product is not at fault when they fail to come out and look at the issue. Obviously Grant Westfield are not interested in honouring their 30 year guarantee, it's a sales pitch which is not worth the paper it is written on. We are now left with a new bathroom with a fault that we will either have to pay for ourselves or leave it as it is.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A GUARANTEE THAT MEANS SOMETHING.
Wish I had read the reviews before buying this product.
Today I rang multipanel regarding their hydro panel board which certainly was not cheap.
If you want to abide by their warranty,,, you will need to make sure the sun is precisely in the right direction otherwise forget the guarantee.
Fortunately I have followed precisely their instructions, but rang re using their own adhesive and every second sentence was “that May invalidate your warranty”
The panels are going up tomorrow, I’m just concerned that as the panels have a wood core, if you have a tiny and I mean tiny leak, the panels will draw up water.
We will see,,, but after conversations with customer service, if you are standing on your left leg whilst installing,,,, “it may invalidate your warranty” so be aware.
Panels have bubbles after a year. We have used their products throughout installation and yet it turns out the guarantee is not worth the paper it’s written on.
Would not recommend using in any wet areas, in fact would not recommend at all.
Bought the wall panels in April and the quality is great and easy to work with, however the delivery and customer service is appalling. There was no advance call so single driver turned up and refused to help me bring the panels just inside the door after he already slid them over the threshold gouging through the door frame. The trims were smashed up too. They collected these a few days later but no call again and luckily I was in. No idea when replacements were coming so whole project ground to a halt waiting with no communication.
When I questioned the damage I was effectively blamed for probably asking the driver to put them there. If truly kerb side delivery I would have got them from there and not slid them over the uPVC door threshold.
All I wanted was an apology and acknowledgement, They refused. So if it goes wrong you are on your own.
