AVOID AVOID I ordered some item from the a few weeks back now they promised it will be delivered in 3 to 4 days however it was 3 weeks until I heard that they have they were out of stock and they emailed me they are going to refund to me however there was no chase up there was no follow-up email there was no follow-up phone call there was nothing in place I had to chase them again and again for the last 3 weeks asking them where is my order AVOID

I have used Mullaco Supermarket on a number of occasions, and to be honest the service and quality is very good, The choice of ingredients is also extremely broad and you can always get what you need. 10 out of 10.

Absolutely terrible company. I ordered on 9/4/22 for Ramadan, large order over £100. Terrible communication, both via email and no one rarely answers the calls. Countless messages left.Just getting fobbed off. Same with emails,no reply. Emailed a month later as unwell and again nothing.
And then they just cancelled my order after almost 7 weeks from placing. Totally disappointed and disheartened especially as a fellow Muslim. Lack of communication, customer service terrible. Terrible as still awaiting refund. Mullaco.com this is not the way to treat customers, Muslims or Non Muslims. How would you feel if you ordered from say Tesco/Sainsbury's/Waitrose etc and you heard absolutely nothing?

I made an order to Mullaco.com in February 2022 of more than £140. They initially delayed the delivery for 3 weeks and then told me that it would be delivered by mid of March 2022. I kept on following them with emails and calls.They regularly kept saying that we will deliver but didn't deliver till now. I even asked them in first week of April 2022 to refund my amount but they didn't even refund it till 24 April 2022. This is a scam and I have all the evidences of payments and emails. Every year for Ramadan I place a large meat order for my workers and their children look forward to this. I am also a regular Mullaco customer. I come from South Africa and found that halal lamb tastes better i could never found lamb that is as good till I found mullaco . Since moving from Leeds to Reading for 7 years now I have been placing online orders with mullaco . Mullacos used to have the best quality lamb at competitive prices so I used to place my order from Reading and would pay the extra delivery. My last 3 orders with mullaco has been so shocking . They are taking 5 weeks sometimes 6 to get an order to you yet they take the money upfront . When you call you get pure lies and assurances that are not kept and the worst is they never answer the phone . In terms of quality I'm used to buying lamb leg peices for curry because it is cut so well . Now all you get is pieces that are cut do badly with majority of the meat being bone ! What's happened to you mullaco how can your quality and service have dropped so badly ?? My workers children look forward to that meat and the food at Ramadan and this year I had to disappoint them so badly becuase of mullacos terrible service. Please answer your phones and tell me where my order is . How are you letting down a customer like this ??? -shame on you

Mismanaged order, delays and missing items.
Placed Order in January, after multiple phone calls and emails eventually requested to cancel as not dispatched and therefor not received. Was called several days later (mid march) to be advised they are now processing my order, all items are in stock and can be dispatched the following Monday. Rellucantly agreed rather than having a refund as previously requested. Received order later the following week with missing items. Reported via email (as can not get through on phone) but no response. Real shame as have used this company for a few years but all I've gotten on this order is delays and excuses. No proper communication and explanation as to what the problem(s) are. Mullaco please follow up and rectify to retain your customer!

My order contained frozen items and although Mullaco shipped the goods on 7th Nov and booked a next day service with APC, APC didn't deliver the goods on 8th.
On 9th I brought this to Mullaco's attention by email being afraid the frozen items would be defrosted by the time I got them.
On the same day Mullaco resent me the frozen items with DPD next day delivery. I got the APC parcels at night on 9th and as I was afraid the frozen things were completely defrosted (APC fault.)
Got this morning (10th) the frozen items with DPD perfectly frozen. Thank you Mullaco for such a good service.
