I worked with Zoe on a Settlement Agreement, as part of a redundancy process. Zoe was recommended to me by colleagues who had also used her. It had been a hard few months and I really appreciated Zoe's warmth and humour - she was a human, not a robot. She was also hugely pragmatic - presenting me with options and rationales, and discussing with me the pros and cons of each. Despite the circumstances, I enjoyed my time with her, and valued her guidance.

Zoe was absolutely brilliant. Being made redundant from your job is an odd time in one's life, but having someone on your side like Zoe in tremendously reassuring. I don't think my employers were trying to do me wrong, but she made absolutely sure that every little detail was taken care of and that my rights were looked after. You want her on your side!
