Never received my order

Never received my order, instead a random package. I sent multiple messages to service over 2 months without a reply… they don’t care. The company is in the UK difficult to follow up legally.

Do not order furniture from them if you are in France !!! Waste of time.

Contacted their French furniture delivery VPC service first by calling and was told it would be too expensive to deliver to my address because it is out of the regular delivery circuit (Strasbourg). I asked for a quote as I really like their storage bed and was willing to pay more for it but only received an email reply a week later telling me that they were very late with organising deliveries and wouldn't be able to give me a quote before the following week (how long does it take to give a quote ?! nonesense). I waited patiently yet didn't receive a reply the next week. After emailing the furniture service and Muji overall, I received an incomplete incorrect and approximating quote which was not giving me the information I needed alongside the recommendation to buy from a competitor ?! Do they not want to sell ?! And through all of that I lost precious time regarding my bed delivery and will have to sleep on an inflatable mattress for a while despite having back problems until I can figure this out and find another suitable option (or settle for a cheap rubbish bed which would be a waste). Very disappointed. Muji is very badly organised to the point of losing costumers. I think they need to change their furniture staff (especially this woman called Florence who was very rude on the phone and very unhelpful overall ; it seemed to me like she didn't want to bother with trying to organise this delivery and sell me 900-1000€ worth of furniture items ?!). I contacted them again after this and never received a reply ...
