I ordered 6 mugs to be sent to 3 different addresses as christmas presents. 1 set of 2 arrived fine. 1 set arrived with 1 broken. 1 set only 1 mug was sent (although 2 were charged for). I am still awaiting a cheque for the broken mug (at least a month since I reported it), and haven't even had a response about the missing mug.
I would never buy from them again.
Mugs arrived today, and they are BRILLIANT! Worth the wait.

DO not trust this company, we have been waiting six months for them to send one outstanding mug.
they lie , they blame the pottery, a phone call to their suppliers show the mug is a stock item.
have not returned outstanding money to us
