It is very orderly, the way they manage the investment and the client can always know; how the returns are being generated. The only negative thing I find is that there is no support in Spanish and there is still no app for Apple and to be able to be more confident about it. I still can't buy cryptocurrencies directly from my credit card since in the KYC my country, Colombia, is not on the list.

I always recommend and more in my country that needs so much education regarding crypto finance and decentralization. With the little capital I have on the platform and I have seen very good results. Although it should be noted that I have money that I am willing to assume whether they are lost or profits and I plan to continue to recommend them from my twitter @tatan0074 in Spanish for those who do not yet know where income can be generated with cryptocurrencies.

Es muy ordenada, la forma en que manejan la inversión y el cliente siempre puede saber; en qué se está generando los rendimientos. Lo único negativo que encuentro, es que no hay un soporte en español y aun no está la app para Apple y poder tener más seguridad respecto a ello. Aun no puedo comprar directamente Cripto monedas desde mi tarjeta de crédito ya que en el KYC mi país colombia, no está en la lista.

Siempre recomiendo y más en mi país que necesita tanta educación respecto a Cripto finanzas y descentralización. Con el poco capital que tengo en la plataforma e visto muy buenos resultados. It’s been just 1 month ,investing with Mudrex. Especially in boarding was great. Mudrex team will schedule call to understand you,onboard and also provide investment advise based on risk profile.

Mudrex is an easy to use platform especially when you dont have much time to spent analyzing daily charts. They have very good trade strategies. The customer service is really great and you get very prompt responses.

Mudrex going and improving our profolio investment and set community in financial freedom

Mudrex has become my go-to app for the crypto portfolio investment, swap and exchange. It seems a good balance between all three tools in one with decent fees. I would evaluate an additional way to purchase crypto with a credit card with cheaper fees.

This good, I really like this project, because everything is very clear, hopefully it will develop rapidly in the future

Buggy means scamy makes you lose money.
When I was up every time I tried to remove the allocation the remove funds option disappeared so quick.
When I tried to convert the small units even the rate was accepted many of assets I converted didn't showed on my wallet.
I'm waiting for the support to help me to withdraw my money (good luck with that)
In rest 0 stars please avoid is not doing what suppose to and for me looks already like money lost luckily were only £150 that I chipped in to test it.

Great initial experience. Put in a test $100 and spread it out over half a dozen coin sets. Very easy to do. Slick website. Each set went up during a recent bitcoin retrace and I was +30%! Great! I asked if I could make a partial removal of my position and was told that is in the works but not currently available. Responsive support, great! THEN I removed my investment in all coin sets at once. A few came out within a few hours. Slow IMHO but I ignored it. The others though got stuck! I contacted support and basically got "oh that can happen sometimes, wait 48 hours and get back to us". What? Are they in the crypto space and told me to wait 48 hours??? So I waited. My positions still weren't removed. Have contacted them multiple times and now, after a WEEK, I am STILL stuck in one of them! AND the ones that were removed late or are to-be-removed late are now down 90%! Thank god I didn't put in more money! Each time I contact support it's as if no one knows of my previous problems and I am told they are forwarding the issue on to the relevant team. I have asked to be refunded my small initial investments in the fund at this point (only a total of $20-30), but no response related to it. All of this is unacceptable in the financial/crypto space!

I really like Mudrex. It is the one stop destination for me to invest in crypto. However, I am a bit confused about the fees deduction structure.

1) While trading through bots we have 1% monthly fees (min 5$) and the minimum investment amount is $10. Why would you let your user enter in such kind of trade who has 10$ to invest?

2) Coinsets currently has no fees but in future there will be monthly fee. Although you have explained in FAQs about how the fees will be deducted but for someone who doesn't like Maths is never going to get how the fees will be deducted. Give real life examples in FAQs. Binance is doing it really well, it guides its users like if you invest 100$ then at 50% roi your fees will be x% and you get y in hand. It is just easy to understand and it improves the user experience.

Mudrex adresses a lot of problems regarding investment in crypto.
Overall Mudrex is a great platform for investing in crypto with a room for improvement in User Experience.

I like Mudrex a lot. It makes it easier for newbies like me to invest in crypto and gain more understanding about how things work. The Mudrex team is also great. They regularly keep everyone updated.
