Mudrex is not ideal solution for your investment
I m disapointed with the mudrex service. I must say they are group of amateurs. But lets start step by step. I m a customer of Mudrex about half a year. In first 2 months everything was relative fine and without problem. Sometimes slowly but ok. Later the whole system was more and more buggy. After almost every transaction I must to contact support, because when I sent some amount of crypto from my binance account to my mudrex wallet nothing arrived. With in touch with the support these problems were resolved. The final stage started about month ago, I sent 50 BUSD to my wallet, ooops, another surprise, the apk and the web didnt work. Without chace to login to mudrex account. Contacted support again, the answer is they know there is a technical issue and the problem will be resolved ASAP. One month. Perfect, right? Few days ago I finally logged to my account and another surprise. My 50 BUSD was not on my wallet. In history of mudrex wallet and also on my binance account the transaction was completed with success. Contacted again support and after few days the answer was like a joke. There is no transaction with my txd on blockchain. So my question is, where is my crypto? Ok, I changed my review to 3, cause something changed and my last problem was solved after a long time.

I’ve been waiting for my funds since 4 May and still nothing (today’s 16 June) despite numerous contacts and requests with their support who keep telling me to be patient and this will be completed in 48 hours at most. Not trustworthy. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend Mudrex

It's all very nice until a problem…
It's all very nice until a problem arises
Let me explain two facts:
1) I had my USDT in my Mudrex Mints account for a long time. I wanted to transfer them to Coin Sets and the system did not allow it. Whenever I contacted customer service they told me that the issue was solved, which was false.
2) Now I simply cannot access my account.
Response from Mudrex:

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
We are facing some technical issues on browser.
We request you to try the same by downloading our app from Play Store or App Store.
Our team is looking into the matter and will be resolved soon.
Appreciate your co-operation.

A pity that the link to the app from the web does not work and when I go to the Play Store the application simply does not exist.
I bet seeing the resolution of previous incidents that it will take me weeks to have access to my account.

Update: Their team fixed the issue mentioned below..
I have added funds and sent them the UTR number to which they have emailed me stating that they haven't received any funds. I have raised a ticket and no one has responded to it yet, when we trust them with our money and this is the service we receive, it's highly recommend to avoid them. I will wait and update if the issue is resolved.
