Good service & products
My order arrived when it should have (I paid for faster delivery as I needed the consignment urgently). Unfortunately, I think the packers had misunderstood the firm’s website and I only received 20% of the expected items. However, the friendly and helpful person with whom I queried the discrepancy arranged a next day delivery ( day after in Norfolk) without fuss. Impressed.
