I had a small problem with one of the boots that I bought and when I contacted muck boot for help they couldn’t have been more helpful.
Unbelievably fast,helpful and courteous and resolved the issue with no hassle to myself I could not recommend them highly enough.

It seems that the courier had issues with the delivery and returned the parcel back to us. Our system then automatically refunded the order. Robbery
I Had to return the boots,to small. When purchesd everything was in German so I expected to return within Germany.But wrong I had to pay 29,90E to return to the UK.
I consider this robbery!!!!!!!
Since over 25 years I and my Family always had Muck Boots.Never again!

My favourite boots
I have been wearing Muck Boots for years and am very satisfied. Last year I wanted to order another pair of my favorite model, but it was no longer in stock. Now the customer service has proactively informed me that it is available to order again. Great!

Inadequate Customer Service and Limited Return Options
The possibility to return a product is extremely limited, at least from Germany. The website clearly had an issue, as there was no information available on how to return a product. The deadlines for returns are very short, and the customer has to handle the entire return process on their own. Inquiries with customer service were also disappointing, as they kept referring to the faulty website. I cannot recommend this at all.
