Earrings broke as I was putting them on.
The company wouldn’t entertain a replacement and said I had to take them to a jewellery shop to get them repaired.

I ordered some earrings and although they are beautiful, they are completely unwearable. I can't think of even a child with small enough ear lobes to wear these. They don't open enough to even go around a child's earlobe, so even if diameter wise you have small enough/non existent earlobes, you can't get them in anyway. The picture does not show the same earrings, perhaps AI, because they are absolutely not the size shown. Luckily I got them on offer, but I'm going to have to put them in the bin as they don't even fit the children I know! They have not been in anyones ears as they physically cannot go in anyones ears (including 3 year old girls) but obviously due to their policy earrings cant be returned, although they're as useless as a faulty pair. Be cautious, money is tight for people and buying yourself a treat and essentially chucking the cash in the bin is very frustrating. The tiny diameter is one thing, them not opening enough to go around even a child's earlobe means they're not fit for purpose.

I’m still waiting for either my refund my replacement or my repair… two pairs of earrings brought from you now both pairs broken pretty much straight away after a few wears. I want my money back or some earrings I can actually wear!

I bought the necklace for my Granddaughter & she was delighted with it.
The item was posted promptly & I was happy with the service.

Bought my wife 2 rings. She’s worn them occasionally for less than a month. Most of the gold plating has worn away already and this isn’t considered a manufacturing fault. Not interested in helping their customers, you’ll only get scripted nonsense. Very apparent that they’re expecting their products not to last.

I was a bit unsure when I first placed my order because I became aware of the company from a facebook add, but I soon realized a had nothing to worry about. My order was delivered very quickly and it was exactly as I ordered.
The necklace and charms were absolutely perfect!

I’ve ordered two rings from MUCHV and really loved but unfortunately they didn’t fit me - totally my fault as I didn’t know what my size is and just took a guess. I emailed and they quickly arranged an exchange. I received the rings in a larger size 3 days later. The quality is amazing and they look a lot more expensive than they were! Had great experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
