The MuchLoved platform is user friendly and the perfect way to celebrate the life of a loved one. Not only is it easy to use from a admin point of view, the support received from MuchLoved is second to none. The webinars they line up are insightful and relevant to all. Any enquires are responded to quickly and with all the information/solutions needed. MuchLoved are always reassessing the needs of their users and make the platform as user friendly as they can. Very impressed!

As a charity we have been using Muchloved for over a year. We can see the difference the online tribute pages are making to bereaved families. The pages offer comfort to our families, allowing them to see photos, messages of love and support and memories of their loved ones. A page they can treasure always and a way to mark anniversaries too should they wish. They can also see the total donations made to our charity in memory of their loved one.

I have been working with MuchLoved for over ten years whilst working for different charities. Their tribute fund platform has developed over this time with its offering, but remained a cost effective platform that puts the person being remembered at the centre. This ensures that a great range of charities can use the platform, to add to their supporter experience programmes, and ensure memories can be shared and lives cherished. The MuchLoved team have always been helpful, supportive, progressive and caring, fit for the environment they operate in.

Working in the hospice sector, Much Loved provides families and friends of our patients with a vital platform and outlet to channel their grief by sharing photos and memories of their loved one, whilst also raising vital funds for the hospice.
Many people who have experienced the services of the hospice first-hand are grateful for the support their loved one has received but may be unsure of how to support us, particularly at a time when there is so much to be arranged. It is so helpful for us to be able to tell people about Much Loved, how they can use it and how simple it is to set up.
From a fundraising team perspective, everyone at Much Loved is so helpful and they always support us with our aims to ensure that, as a charity, we make the most of Much Loved as a means of raising income and ensuring the best possible experience for our supporters using the platform.

I just wanted to say that I've been fortunate to be able to offer client families Much Loved for the last 10 years, and Much Loved really does support with keeping memories alive, not just being a way to raise money for charity (the QR code link being added to an order of service is one of my favourite innovations for those like me who always forget to take cash to a funeral).

We have been using MuchLoved to process our donations for a couple of years, it has made the donations process much easier for us as funeral directors and gives families a place to share tributes to their loved ones.

As a funeral celebrant, I know the importance of being able to pay tribute to a loved one. With MuchLoved, these tributes remain in one place and can be added to at any time. That allows families to return to their page and see the memories, stories and tributes that have been so thoughtfully written. It is accessible at any time which is so important.

We are a charity who is partnered with Much Loved and I have nothing but good things to say about them! Year on year there is an increase in our supporters who set up a tribute page and I love that a big focus of Much Loved is for the deceased's family and friends to have a space to share their memories for years to come. The page doesn't close (unless the person who set it up wants it to) so they can continue to share memories for years, this is because Much Loved are dedicated to the users experience, it's not just about donations, they truly want people to be able to come together to remeber. Their support and advise is excellent, always friendly, helpful and quick to respond to queries. Katy Burke recently came to our charity to give us training, which was all done completely for free and she is always patient and friendly for any questions I send her way.

Our funeral business has recently partnered with MuchLoved to provide support for our families with providing online donations for their chosen charity.

We have received many positive comments from our families regarding how easy the MuchLoved platform is to use and the high levels of money being donated to their chosen charities.

I'd also say that the excellent phone and email support that MuchLoved provide has been invaluable for our team.

I write this review in both a professional and personal capacity. In the professional capacity we are a funeral directors who previously used Love2Donate for our charitable donations, and moved onto MuchLoved when the merger took place. Once we were used to the differences between the two platforms we have to say that we are very happy with ML and the services and support they provide, and the transfer from one to the other was fairly seamless. Having experienced ML for 5 months we are now ready to delve deeper into the services and information they are able to provide for as a business which look really useful.
On a personal level I set up a MuchLoved page for my daughter who I lost in 2020, I did this initially so I could see how the the site worked and as admin of the page what control I had over it. I shared it amongst family and friends and they have all contributed to her page in one way or another. As a mum it is very important to me to keep her memory alive and this is a very useful tool to do just that. Overall, in both of the capacities I have spoken about, I find MuchLoved a brilliant tool, easy to use from both perspectives and it has the additional bonus that the charities do not have to seek out claiming Gift Aid from each individual donation as this is all managed for them along with everything else under the admin fee.

A death is already a tough time for anyone to deal with but Much Loved really helped us in processing that all as a single destination for people to leave comments / pictures / donations to other people who have passed away and touched / made an impact in their their lives in some way. My mother isn’t very tech savvy not even owning an internet capable phone but being able to sit down with her and show her these pictures / comments people had left on Much Loved when my father / her husband had passed away earlier this year made what was such an emotional and hard time that bit easier and brighter

As a charity, we use Muchloved regularly. Our account manager is very approachable and I feel that she genuinely wants to help our charity do well. The resources available online are great and the information and webinars help us to gain a lot of insight.

Our charity have recently embraced the MuchLoved platform and have been really impressed with the adaptability of the dedication page features, having now utilised this for multiple campaigns and community walls.

We've had fantastic customer service and onboarding from Jackie, and the design team have done a great job in applying our campaign themes to the pages as an extension of our brand.

We've seen the platform become a new way of generating income from supporters and it allows them to share content in a different way, away from traditional social media sites. It's easy to post on to the community walls and many of our supporters have made use of the tribute page features too.

It's a platform well worth exploring if you're a charity looking for new ways to engage with your communities and provide an accessible space for them to publish comments/photos - whether that be as a tribute to a loved one or as part of a creative campaign.

MuchLoved have been amazing to work with as a charity. Our account manager has been supportive, proactive and responsive to the many questions we have had. A brilliant service and a wonderful team behind the scenes.

MuchLoved are fantastic for charities and a special way for bereaved families to remember their loved ones. I really couldn't recommend their services more.

This is the most user-unfriendly site I have ever used, trying to do things on here is very hard, and there is no way to edit your content (certainly nothing was showing for me), you can write in for help, but they select the help they want to give, my entry was deleted, which they said was out of their control (fair enough there) as that was down to who controlled the page, and when I asked about if I made my own page, could anyone remove content I entered (nothing nasty or the like), and I got no response.

Add to that they take a slice of the action, they may well have overheads etc, but why on earth pay them to take the money, when you can go direct to the charity of your choice giving it directly to them, and they get 100% of it that way, and with charities being strapped for cash, why pay someone else to give them the money when you can do it yourself by going directly to the charity of your choice, I was going to donate a fair amount, but after their lack of contact and seeing they take money off the top, I will be paying my money in directly now, it always bugs me when such company's come up and make money from charity's, when you can easily go direct instead.
