While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Wrong Nationality

I took the IELTS Academic test on the 28th March. I received my results and started sending them to Universities. Only I have just realised that the nationality on my results is wrong. They wrote that I am from the UK. This is not only incompetent but also negligent. I have just contacted them today. I hope they will either refund me my money or at least let me do another test free of charge. I also had to travel to Manchester to take the test so that's just more money wasted. I don't know how this error could have happened when they ask you to submit a proof of ID before the test and the day of the test there are 3 people who checked the details.
