MTL came across a few unforeseen problems when it came to the instal, but they came up with solutions at no additional cost.
We are very happy and warm and would highly recommend MTL
Two perfectly installed wood burners and flues , one we supplied ourselves , an old Charnwood Country 8KW i bought on Ebay and the other a MiFires Eco6Kw supplied and fitted by MTL . Both have external air supplies to conform to building regs and paperwork sorted for us too . Only criticism is that one was a bit more than quoted , other than that perfect . Both have been running all winter and strangely the smaller one outputs much more heat than the old Charnwood , presumably being more modern its much more efficient !
We are a new business and we reached an agreement for a pellet fire to be installed in my large café thats roof is glass - so can be very cold. This pellet fire is brilliant and adds 5 degrees which makes a big difference. Pellets are a good price too. Great customer service
We bought our wood burner & had it installed by MTL. Saltfire STX5. Very good experience. We had a hearth built in the corner of the room which looks very smart. The wood burner was fitted the next day. Friendly Staff. Would recommend MTL for a professional service. Thankyou Mike & Andy.
