Poor Customer Service and Lack of Support
I recently spoke with Sophie from MTF Finance regarding the settlement of my car loan, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
I was surprised by the lack of professionalism and customer service demonstrated during our conversation. Sophie came across as rude and unhelpful, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Rather than discussing possible solutions or providing support, the focus seemed to be solely on pressuring me to make payment as quickly as possible.
As a customer, I expected a more respectful and constructive approach. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with MTF Finance if you are looking for understanding, flexibility, or quality customer service.
Highly not recommended.
