Quick service but pricey
Tool selection is good but the selection seems to be getting smaller across all product categories. The website is improving slowly. Prices are getting really high that it is becoming worthwhile to wait the extra day or two and purchase the tooling from my local tool vendors. I know I am paying for the service of quick delivery but in the past that service only cost maybe 30%+ more than the same tooling from my local vendor. Now the tooling is costing 50 to 200% more. I am working hard to plan ahead and avoid having to use MSC.

Your prices are way too high
Your prices are way too high. We use your company only on an emergency basis now. We have been with MSC for a long time and have never seen these prices so high, and we DO NOT receive a discount. Why? Look at when our account with you was established. We remain a loyal customer, but you are not showing appreciation through discounts. For instance, one item, for example, we get from another customer at a $22 EA cost savings.
