I TRIED TO WITHDRAW AUD $67,000 BUT MY ACCOUNT WAS ABRUPTLY MARKED AS ''UNDER REVIEW'' AND EVERY MESSAGE I SENT TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT RECEIVED NO RESPONSE.
FOLCO CAPITALS QUICKLY GOT INVOLVED, ASSESSED MY SITUATION, PERSISTENTLY FOLLOWED UP AND ESCALATED THE MATTER DIRECTLY WITH THE PLATFORM.
PRIOR TO THEIR INVOLVEMENT, MY EMAILS WERE EITHER COMPLETELY IGNORED OR MET WERE GENERIC AUTOMATED RESPONSES. LIVE CHAT REPRESENTATIVES KEPT TRANSFERRING ME AROUND AND REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR VERIFICATION DETAILS I HAD ALREADY PROVIDED.
AFTER WEEKS OF DELAYS AND BOGUS ''COMPLIANCE CHARGES,'' I WAS OVERWHELMED WITH STRESS, WORRYING ABOUT MY BILLS AND LOSING SLEEP.
BECAUSE OF FOLCO CAPITALS HELP, THE ENTIRE BALANCE WAS EVENTUALLY RELEASED, AND THE RELIEF I FELT WAS ENORMOUS.

Bad broker, withdrawal canceled because the document expired, even though my document is valid for life. Bad broker, initially I was interested in depositing because I saw an advertisement for a 100% deposit bonus, I saw a post on Instagram, I deposited 500$, after I traded and made a profit of $2,500, I requested a withdrawal, but they refused.

MsamexFX publicly replies to reviews asking users to provide their registered email address so the account can be reviewed. Many people, not just me, have sent their emails as requested.
However, after sending the email details, there has been no response or follow-up. This pattern is visible across multiple reviews where users report the same experience.
If a company asks for information publicly, there should at least be an acknowledgment or update privately. At the moment, many users are still waiting for replies and clarity regarding withdrawals.

I had a problem with my account due to a misunderstanding about the bonus rules (my fault for opening multiple accounts). The support team listened to my explanation and unbanned me, which shows they actually care about their users.

Regarding our $200 No Deposit Bonus campaign, we have clearly stated from the beginning that this campaign provides no financial benefit to the company, as no deposits were required from participants.
