Worst customer service, you get no help when bits start falling off, no one answers phone calls, you get no call backs or emails when promised, so will never buy another one, is a massive gimmick with no after care or consideration to their customers.

Don’t buy one of these vans they are…
Don’t buy one of these vans they are absolutely shocking.this is how my brand new van turned up!! According to Ford it’s been sprayed with the wrong paint and needs a full re spray to put it right not what you expect when buying a new van. I can’t get it professionally valeted as some panels don’t have enough paint on them. I can’t even get it sign written!!! Under warranty the bonnet, the tail gate, one rear quarter have been fully repaired. After a year and a half the roof needs a full re spray and the sills as the paint is physically pealing off. Neather ford or MS-RT can be bothered to sort it out. This has been going on for 2 and a half years now and is still ongoing, The motor ombudsman are taking the case. Wish I’d brought the VW.

We are disappointed you have felt the need to leave a 1-star review. We’re sorry about the continued frustrations you’ve faced with your MS-RT van. Your experience of the product itself falls short of the standards we aim for our customers, particularly concerning the condition of the paintwork.
You first brought these concerns to our attention in December 2021, and the team did what they could to assist you on the issues that were brought to your attention by your valeter regarding the paintwork. We worked diligently to address them as much as possible. In June 2022, the Compliance Department took on the issue as a formal complaint and did what we could to investigate the matter to establish what your options were.
On investigation, we clarified that the responsibility for the paintwork lies with Ford and would be covered under the new vehicle warranty and that some information relayed to you by the dealer had caused confusion relating to who was responsible. We will reiterate that the paintwork was sprayed at the Ford factory in Turkey. It is an SVO paint that is available on Transit Customs. We advocated for a full respray of the vehicle, however unfortunately, the dealership would not carry out the paintwork respray as intended due to unavailable time and the devaluation it may cause your van. This was communicated directly to you by the dealership, and unfortunately, out of our control.
As an intermediary of an MS-RT product, there is little else we can do if the dealership relays that they cannot carry out the work. Since December 2021, we appreciated how frustrating this situation was for you, as it was for us too and was not a reflection of the experience we want for our customers. However, you acknowledged that the paintwork that had been rectified, it had been completed to a satisfactory standard, and that you could get the ceramic coating applied to your van accordingly. We are aware that you are continuing to address the matter with the Ford Customer Service team and have kept us in the loop intermittently.
Unfortunately, as relayed in the final response letter, we understand that the vehicle experience you have had has not been one that is expected with a new van. As a broker, we have done what we can within our capacity, we advised you to contact Ford directly, which we understand you have done. We hope these issues can be resolved for you shortly.
If you wish to contact the MS-RT team, please do and we will see what else we can do, however, please be mindful that as a broker we are limited in our capacity to have influence over Ford’s customer service team.

Superb ordering process....that was the best bit.
The ordering process was absolutely faultless. Had a van in stock in correct spec and colour. Order placed and told would be available for delivery beginning of January. I thought this is without doubt the best and easiest service ever experienced with my new work van.
We mutually agreed that my delivery date would be January 23rd so I arranged my diary to work from home that day. (I'm self employed so obviously took it off as a holiday). Was told driver would ring an hour before my due delivery. I made a phone call just before 11am to discover my delivery had been postponed to delivery driver's vehicle breaking down. Was informed the vehicle was still on for delivery...
The day passed and nothing, no update so rang up again only to be told unfortunately it would now be the 24th...ok not ideal but I needed the van for work as I had swapped my insurance over in readiness.
The morning of the 24th I rang again to be assured the vehicle was on it's way. Yet again I was informed that due to delays it would either be 8pm that night (why would I inspect a new vehicle at night????) or 8am the following morning.
Another days pay lost through false promises and through no fault of my own. Not a happy bunny at this point thinking what have I done, have I wasted my time / money with this company.
Onto Thursday 25th 8am. Nothing. 9.30am I was greeted with a dirty both outside and inside "brand new" vehicle with no roof aerial or rear load space lights fitted. The vehicle also came with decals applied which I was not made aware of.
No apology from the driver he never noticed any of the above, just moaned about all the problems he had collecting it.
Where was the customer care in this process? The vehicle had obviously not had a PDI or a valet prior to dispatch. This is appalling service.
I have constantly had to chase MS-RT leasing for the missing parts and a valet on the van. Still nothing and no update.
No offer of compensation for all my wasted time sat at home. Nothing.
This experience has genuinely left me feeling deflated and let down. It was not my fault the logistics company had "issues" this should have been rectified or an alternative solution should have been in place to stop this happening. This is what these guys do for a living. If I was to treat my clients like this I would be out of work!
There was nothing, no excuses MS-RT Leasing simply not good enough!

Please know that the Operations Team made every effort to keep you informed throughout the process, however unfortunately we do rely on various 3rd parties communicating these issues to us. In this instance, we were not informed of these issues in real time, but we did everything we could to resolve your issues as quickly as we could.
We offered you with the time slots you referenced to ensure that you had choice on when your vehicle would be delivered; we appreciated that 8pm would not be an ideal time for you however we understood your disappointment with the delay, and therefore we aimed to offer flexibility in schedule to accommodate your preferences.
We were sorry to hear about the cleanliness of the vehicle; it goes without saying that this is not the level of service we aim to offer, and we fully appreciate how it tainted delivery of your new MS-RT. We took steps to ensure that the vehicle was re-valeted, and we hope it was to your satisfaction and at no further inconvenience to you.
Furthermore, we understand that the cost option of decals were on your vehicle when it arrived, however we did give you the option of having these removed should you wish. You did decide to proceed with the decals at no additional cost to yourself.
Once again, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused and we appreciated your patience throughout the process of resolving the above issues. We hope our resolutions were sufficient in the end, and that you received the missing parts in a timely manner.

Terrible paintwork
I would leave less than 1 star if I could.
I want to reject the pile of rubbish you have sent me.
I've reported problems from day 1 and been sent to stoneacre.
I've got bad paint.
Drips on the door, Mixed colours, trim to panels do not match.
I noticed after a couple of days i had a chip on each side of the van! The side doors hit the arches and have chipped the paint.
The steering wheel has chip marks on it too.
£60,000 van too.
I really cannot believe that a new van at 50k plus vat could have so many defects.
I've e mailed MSRT and am waiting for a reply.
I'm seeking legal advice as it is not acceptable.
Quality control appears to be non existent.

We asked you to take the van to your local transit centre as it is there that they carry out a warranty assessment and put right anything that is wrong.
Without this assessment being sent to Ford and MS-RT there is nothing further that can be done.
We have tried numerous times to contact you Neil but to no avail.
As we requested in one of our messages to you, give us 5 minutes on the phone so we can help you get these issues rectified asap.
Unfortunately, if you will not talk to us then its impossible for us to help.
