I never thought I would be writing a bad review about Mr. Wonderful. I waited for more than two weeks to receive my package and didn't receive all the products. I sent them an e-mail about it, never received an email from them. Not to mention their website was down for more than a month and now it's completely different and my account has 0 delivery history. I had to ask for a refund by Paypal because I wouldn't receive it from the company anytime soon.

This never happened before!! If I see anything from this company in a physical store, I will buy it. Online? Never again.

Terrible service. Took my money, never sent my order. I have emailed numerous times. No response. Avoid the online shop. Useless and customer service non existent. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Ordered 10 days ago and the email for contacting doesn't even work. Awful

Edit: Opened a dispute on PayPal and got my money back.

Do not recommend this services at all.

No reply after 16 days of my first email. My articles arrived damaged and apparently the only way to report and return the article is sending an email. After more than two weeks and a follow up I still havent received a single email from them. Very bad service.

The product is of extremely poor quality. I purchased a mug from this store, and despite its attractive exterior, the inside shows discoloration and cracks.

I ordered a Citizen x eco drive 4 button watch for £79.99 and they said they had lost my order untill I showed an online bank receipt then they sent out the watch,
but it was no good to me at 66 as could not see what time it was as face was a dark blue and could not see the chronograph dials so I asked for money back but no answers to 9 emails even when I said I would like a £49.99 red swiss dugout watch that would have been ok. so now I have wrote to the returns address on box the watch came in but I don't think I Will get a reply or a refund and it says you can pay by PayPal but that's a lie as they use every way that you cannot get your money back. As someone who loves aesthetic , I recommend they have cute designs. Its a bit to big so it weighs on my backpack. However I love this brand.

I ordered many cute things online after a trip to Spain on 12th September. Till today I haven't received any notification if my order is been send. I wrote several times to the service that I want my money back but they just said that I can only refuse my order once the carrier is here.
I mean what the f.. They haven't send it in this six weeks. So how long do I have to wait?!

Mr wonderful vend du rêve... et met le paquet sur le marketing, mais une fois la commande passée... Pas de son pas d'image et un SAV en dessous de tout.

Commande passée le 8 juin et aujourd'hui, elle n'est tj pas envoyée. Le sav me signale qu'il manque 1 article et me propose 1 choix. Choix partagé dans la foulée et aucune confirmation de prise en compte ou d'action.

Commande payée le 08/06 ... ça ça va vite et pour l'instant, aucun colis expédié :-/

Ho comprato diversi articoli dallo shop: ordine effettuato il 10 Gennaio 2022 ed è arrivato in perfetto stato, con una confezione davvero carina il 13 gennaio 2022! Meglio di Amazon!
Le recensioni negative si riferiscono a periodi di grande flusso di ordini, quindi è normale aspettare fino a 10gg o più. La mia esperienza è stata positiva e ordinerò di nuovo dal loro sito ufficiale molto volentieri! Grazie Mr. Meraviglioso ❤️

I bought several items from the shop: order placed on January 10, 2022 and arrived in perfect condition, with really nice packaging on January 13, 2022! Better than Amazon!
Negative reviews refer to periods of high order flow, so it is normal to wait up to 10 days or more. My experience was positive and I will gladly order again from their official website!
