I love the meat hate the website
I love the meat, but the website needs work. A bit frustrating especially if sending as gifts. This is the only reason for the low marks.

Family Stamp of Approval on the 24oz Porterhouse
We ordered (2) 24oz. porterhouse steaks on the Saturday before Thanksgiving 2020. On Wednesday afternoon they showed up at our doorstep perfectly packaged. I ordered the Super Starter Box and the steaks arrived cold (frozen) on my front door step. The Green Foam cooler did its job and the overall packaging was very nice - nothing damaged. Brisket Burgers were out of this world, as were the Ribeyes. I'll be ordering again!

Grease Fires
Are you a fan of burnt meat? Really like when a grill flairs up uncontrollably? Then do I have the grill for you! Due to a poor design flaw in the heat deflectors, they act as a grease traps catching all that rendered fat resulting in an uncontrollable grease fire.
Seared steaks? Nope. Chicken? Burnt. Pork chops? Abysmal. Save your money and buy a Weber.

Hi Chase, thanks for reaching out and for sharing your experience. Our grills utilize a unique infrared technology that is used in fine steakhouses. It's tricky to master at first because it's so different from other grills most of our customers have used throughout their lives. That being said, the ultra high heat and very even grilling surface creates incredible meals, once you spend some time with the grill and have a chance to figure out its quirks. For one, it cooks so much faster than other grills that you only need a couple minutes on each side in some cases. If you try to grill on it as you would a lower heat grill it will burn, as you mention. I first purchased the single burner…
I first purchased the single burner portable grill for my RV. After six months, I love it so much, I also purchased the duel burner portable for my patio. It takes a little if trial and error to get used to it because it cooks so hot. But that’s the beauty of it, as it sears in the juices and cooks so fast. Just monitor it and check every few minutes. Meat has never tasted so great. If there is anything negative to say about it at all, it is a little difficult to clean the grate. But if you purchase the wooden Mr. Steak cleaning handle, it molds right to the shape of the grate after one or two uses and eliminates that problem. We love these grills!!!

Worth Trying
After a bit of a hiccup at the beginning of our ordering process which everything eventually worked out just fine. Customer service quickly rectified the technical glitch that occurred when placing our initial order. This initial order was a gift for someone and they did send a picture after they cooked the first T-bone steaks and it looked amazing they said the steaks were delicious the packaging was great so all in all a huge plus. The number one priority is customer service and Mr. steak went above and beyond to rectify the error, which we were very appreciative of. Quick delivery, great packaging, fair pricing, and terrific customer service- and for all these reasons they have earned our business moving forward.

Order damaged
When I got my order, Fed Ex called as the package had broke open due to the ice melting. Once received, the steak packages were torn and the meat was exposed. I sent pictured. I repackaged them and re-froze them. The steaks are very good, but the delivery process was clearly flawed. Thank you,
